AT&T Store

Kris was so great!! My boyfriend and I came into the store right before they closed but the employees were still very kind and understanding. Kris was a huge help and made the signing up process smooth and easy. Left the store satisfied!

The ATT&T manager was extremely helpful helping my wife and I upgrade our old Iphones to new ones a process my wife and I would not have been able to do on our own because we encounted several technical issues that complicated the process along the way. She reduced the stressfulness when faced with several technical roadblocks by resolving everything on the spot and even made it fun as we began rolling over into go over 2 hours to complete these upgrades.

Brian and the store manager were extremely helpful with upgrading our phones and trying to lower our phone bills. Even though he was still going through training Brian was extremely knowledgeable and the store manager was very kind and patient explaining everything to us. All in all it was a great experience!

Mike was great! Answered all our questions on multiple accounts, pre-ordered the phone I came in to pre-order; told us how to save money on our accounts; informed us about other big sales going on and let us see products we were interested in. He was great and patient and spent lots of time with us, helping us out. He gave just the right amount of encouragement to purchase products we were considering but was not pushy or annoyed when we said we would think about it. We got his number for future purchases.

The assistant manager of the store made experience a lot better… His name is Mike. Not only did he show care for me, but also for his employees and customers who needed help at the same time. Whenever I go to the store, I go knowing that I’m gonna be waiting because it is always busy… That’s a lot About their offerings, Service, an excellent Reception. I have tried to switch to other carriers in the past, but there’s always 1 million problems, including reception issues. I am a loyal AT&T customer Because there’s no other carrier as good as they are.

I didn't have to wait too long to get a service rep. They were all busy helping other customers. But I came in with a problem with a cracked 13 Pro Max and walked out with a be improved phone plan and an upgraded phone to a 15 Pro Max. Customer Service is always 100000 when I come here.

I had an incredible time at the AT&T store located at Viera Avenues in Melbourne, FL. The employees at this outlet are consistently courteous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I frequently visit this store and my waiting time for service is usually minimal. My most recent visit was on May 17, where I once again received top-notch customer service.

I was greeted immediately by Karina (Or Carina). She was very pleasant and courteous. Situation I had was very complicated, however, she was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to resolve. Her customer service was extraordinary! Thank you 😊

Joe was very knowledgeable and informative with all of my questions. He also recommended certain new products he thought could be useful for me. He even informed me how much it would cost if I added a new line for my daughter. He recommended a watch because I was concerned about her losing a phone. He compared certain deals/packages that were available to me so I'd get the best price. He set up my new phone, transferred my data, and put it in the new case expeditiously. He's truly an ideal sales representative.

AT &T at The Avenues was very busy but they efficiently worked with all the customers and we were given lots of information and I ordered a new phone so excited for the help!!!

I came in to turn in my old iPhone. Service was great! Bryan was who helped me out and he was friendly, educated, and extremely helpful. He sold me on a screen protector for my new iPhone 15 Pro and told me about how if you get your screen protector through AT&T that it can be replaced at anytime for only $8 each time! Great deal! He even educated my boyfriend and me about what it would cost getting on the same phone plan together. I went in for one thing, and ended up walking out super happy and educated about everything AT&T had to offer. I definitely will have Bryan help me out with all my AT&T needs from here on out!

Bryan was so friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable! We had to go twice & he remembered everything and picked it right back up I was amazed and so glad he helped me with my account! He also speaks more than one language English & Spanish! Ask for Bryan next time you go to Att&t highly recommend! :)

Shout out to Collin in the Viera, FL location. I saw him walk over to a woman of a certain age who seemed to be waiting for someone to volunteer his services. He intro'd himself with a smile and worked with her through all her questions, actually picking out accessories she asked for instead of trying to upsell based upon assumed ignorance of the woman. In the end, it was quite a profitable sale for him due to his sheer kind patience and a thorough knowledge of his product. I saw both a happy customer and a happy salesman at the end of their transaction. Rare.

My Mom lost her phone. We walked in at 6:58 and Joe took such good care of her and we walked out about 7:10 with a new phone and charger. It was wonderful to get such good service when we walked in 2 minutes before close and they still were willing to work with us. I will be shopping there again.

I enjoy listening to music via the Bluetooth feature of the hearing aids I bought at Costco about two years ago. I bought a new iPhone a couple days ago from AT&T but couldn’t figure out how to make that feature work on it. I took it to the new Costco in Viera, FL the next day and asked for help. The Costco hearing aid center was busy because it was Thanksgiving holiday Black Friday week but the hearing aid technician patiently showed me how to synch my hearing aids to the new iPhone. The whole experience took less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Despite all of the busy hustle of the holiday, she got me exactly what I wanted more quickly than I thought possible and with a friendly, helpful demeanor. If I ran Costco, I’d have given her a spot bonus!
