Space Coast Records

Love this little record shop. Space Coast Records is tucked away in the North East corner of the Myrt Tharpe Square in downtown Cocoa. They have a great selection of used, primarily classic rock and roll records at reasonable prices. The shop owner was very friendly. They are only open on Saturday and Sunday. So if you are into vinyl and in the area on the weekend be sure to stop in.

Stopped in today for some souvenirs since we were from out of town. This place was great! Small space but a great eclectic selection. I've been in places larger but have more filler. I found numerous vinyls I wanted. The owner was very approachable and conversational. The prices and quality were more than fair. He even gave me a generous discount. Can't wait to come back.

Small shop with a great selection. The value you get for the price from this store is second to none. I bought four LPs, all ranging between $8-$15 and they all look like they've been played only a couple of times. All included the original inner sleeves and covers were in fantastic condition. I know the owner cares about the quality because he was cleaning and play testing records while I was shopping. He played a record (that sounded great to me), but it was not up to his standard so he ended up not even displaying it for sale. Owner very friendly as well. Unfortunately I'm not local but if I'm ever back in Cocoa I'm visiting again!

You have to put out more CDs! I'll be sure to keep coming back, and I do appreciate the kind gesture you did last time I visited. I ended up getting a brand new sealed Black Mountain album and WOW. I have a new favorite band haha.

Run by a Brevard Public Schools teacher, so it's only open on weekends. He's super nice and a great guy to talk to. The store itself is small, but it has a wonderful atmosphere! An amazing selection of records, too, everything from 80's Japanese jazz funk to modern indie rock, from Steely Dan to Keith Sweat to John Coltrane. Space Coast Records is far and away the best record shop in Brevard County!

Fantastic little shop with awesome selection of vinyls at great prices. Owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He beats the shops in Orlando hands down.. I made the drive today and loved it!!!

Great store! Lots of rare records at great prices!

The guy here was very nice, and helpful. He has thousands of CD’s, and records. Too many for him to put in his store, but he keeps most of them put up. So just let him know what you want, or what you’re looking for, and he’ll do his best to see if he has it. If he doesn’t have it, just let him know, and he can keep his eye open for you. This owner was very knowledgeable about music, and all the history of records, and CD’s. Go by his little shop, and give him an opportunity to help you find what you’re looking for. Trust me, he is very nice, and will do his best to help you. We are from Austin, TX, and we were just passing through, and I’m glad we did. We will be back! :)

Great selection and owner! Will be my first stop when looking for vinyl, ton of classic/essential albums in stock at a fair price!
