The UPS Store

The customer service I received at this store was EXCEPTIONAL! The manager (I believe) took her time, treated all of my items with care, and made sure I was taken care of. It was really the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time!

Sharon over at the UPS Store on 4th street in LaCrosse saved me so much time with grabing my package from me at my work and shipping it for me. I have been giving her my shipping business for over 7 years and she has always came through for me! She has always been so kind and polite to work with! I will not go anywhere else for my shipping needs! If I could, I would give her a thousand Stars! Great customer Service!

The UPS store in downtown La Crosse, WI is great. The staff is friendly, efficient and very helpful. Thank you for another good experience at your store.

The guys at this location are super helpful and amazing. It's so easy to just send over your labels, let them print, and just bring your packages ready to go. Insure your packages and they will handle the rest. So stress free! Thanks!

I was at the UPS store at nine this morning. The lady working couldn’t have been more helpful. She even went out to my car and helped carry in a heavy package. There was no waiting people were coming and going very quickly and they did an excellent job. Thanks!

Please change the store hours on Google maps! This store opens at 11, not 8. Knowledgeable and helpful employees took care of a line of people in no time at all. Sometimes it's busy but luckily the employees seem great.
A lot of reviews talk about taking Amazon returns here. Just go to Khols, they constantly take Amazon returns and have a good system. I've returned a bunch of things there and never had a problem. Even with my good review, I still won't use UPS unless I have to because UPS stores and UPS in general are always a gamble.

First and foremost, Sharon is amazing and I will now frequent this location because of her.

A bit of backstory… I’ve been to this location a few times and have not had the best experience, so naturally I was dreading going here to drop off some amazon items for return. It I had been an interesting week and was not prepared for the obstacles that I was about to endure.

Upon arrive Sharon kindly greeted me and showed me to the new returns system for amazon products. She was quick whittled and I appreciated the lighthearted conversation as she walked me through the process.

All would have been well, but we ran into a few snags on Amazon’s process for returns. It was becoming obvious that my order was going to take awhile so she let me know to ask her about any questions that I may have.

Long story short, my wife had to send screenshots to me of all the return “codes” and I had to cross reference with emails and pieces of attire I’m not familiar with. (When all of the dresses are blue with floral patterns, it’s hard to know which one is which…)

During this feat, the line grew ever longer and the box of anxiety I had put myself in seemed to shrink with every passing moment. Eventually Sharon could see that I was struggling and she put her work on hold to come and help me solve the labyrinth that was this return order.

After we put all the labels on all of the packages, I mentioned to her that I had not been able to retrieve my shipping receipt because the system timed me out with my lack of pace. Sharon insisted she could help me. We tried to gather all of my parcels, but in the sea of plastic and shipping labels, it was difficult to differentiate between my items and the items of the competent people who went before me.

After some failed attempts, Sharon used her knowledge and experience to find a work around to make sure I left with all of my receipts.

In conclusion to this journey, I want to lift up Sharon and let the people who have taken the time to read this know that her small act of kindness meant the world to me on an already stress filled day. Her patience and willingness to take the time to help me did not go unnoticed by this weary customer.

Sharon, you are special and I hope you and your superiors know that. Because of you, UPS of La Crosse has gained a customer. I hope nothing but the best for you in your future endeavors and as always, God Bless!

I recently visited the UPS store and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were happy to answer any questions I had and took the time to ensure that I had everything I needed to complete my shipment.

Gabriel cheron are the best! Gabriel went above and beyond to assist me and was not an easy task! They were extremely helpful and beyond my best experience shipping anything in general. They both deserve a raise and recognition and beyond! Cheron is also very sexy and cute!

The store had prompt and to-the-point service. Almost no wait. I had to come here to drop off my Spectrum (charter) modem and was impressed with their speed and helpfulness. Would come back here for other UPS needs.

The guy I'm talking about has a leg crutch currently. Just thought I'd say I've seen him in there a number of times and he always seems to be a really good guy. Actual good people are a dying breed.

Ok, so it's 9 days before Christmas, clearly a very busy time. There was a line, it moved as quick as it could.

I had to scan a QR code to return an item. The QR code sent to me by the company had the wrong shipping. Low and behold, once I get home I get a call from the store telling me about the issue. Sharon went back and forth with me to get the correct info to get my package sent.

I could have been told to pick up my package and figure it out, which is what most places would do. Instead, I had follow up and even a picture of my receipt sent to me. That's not average service!

There was a delay at the counter and the line was quickly building as people were just getting off work. A woman/manager came out from the back and addressed the customers in line individually to speed up the process and help get the line moving. This was extremely helpful. Thank you

Absolutely love this local UPS store. Always friendly, always there when I need something shipped, printed or anything else for my business in La Crosse. The owner is always accommodating & goes above and beyond for anything a small business might need. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could.

They have a good system in there. You could do all your own returns right on the computer.

I’ve never had an issue with Amazon returns here! Just followed the instructions Amazon gave me and it was super easy. The staff here is great, if I ever need to ship anything I know where I’ll go!

Sharon, Ally, and Monica were all very helpful pleasant and patient helping me figure out my amazon return, and made sure everything was done correctly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience on a bad day. Ally was so understanding and helped to keep me calm when I was getting very frustrated with Amazon, and I needed that. Thanks ladies!
