We needed new cleats, and also decided to get a new ball while we were there. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were nice enough to fully inflate the ball too. Great customer service! Thank you.

The Carmel store has a great selection of cleats and other gear and staff is very friendly. Online ordering is very slow. Took 7 days to get a pair of cleats that should have been 2-3 days with the USPS Priority Mail. You are going to lose a lot of customers with your slow shipment processing. I waited 4 days and had to call customer service because I still did not have any tracking information and then later that day I got the tracking but no customer service call back. Package was not actually shipped until 5 days after I ordered it.

Soccer, soccer, soccer! We are soccer fanatics! Amazing store, staff is top notch in friendliness, knowledge of products and the sport. Selection is OUTSTANDING! Prices are extremely reasonable for a specialty store. Highly recommend for all soccer needs. I drove almost 100 miles (300 if you count where I ended up having to take the jersey I bought) and I would gladly do it again to visit this establishment.

After a soccer game at Grand Park, we happened upon this soccer store while lunching at McCallister’s nearby. The selection and inventory of team apparel, boots, and gear were impressive. Service was attentive as we were Christmas shopping. Great find!

Cool place, it’s my son’s first time playing soccer (4 years old) and I really wanted to give him the experience of choosing his own boot design. This place has plenty of selection in his size in comparison to the big box store (Dick’s). I never had that luxury as a kid but I’m glad that this store was able to accommodate this special moment for my boy, he’s pumped to play soccer and he only wants to wear his new cleats right now. If footy is something he wants to stick with, I would be more than willing to buy more boots and equipment from this store.
