Kroger

This review is for Angel in customer service. I needed to return an item from another store which is generally not done I found out. This was very discouraging as I’ve had a lot going on in my life like many of us.

He went out of his way to get approval for the return and saved me a 40 minute trip to the other ledger! Thank you Angel and the rest of the team at this Kroger! Every employee deserves higher pay for sure as they are the reason the store is able to function and customers like me get great care and service! ❤

This Kroger is always clean whenever I go inside. Most of the time you are in and out. Nice and helpful staff.

Kroger is company that has good prices on most products and items especially when using plus card, look for items on sale and they will be a good value...

The produce was amazingly displayed! It’s easy to look it over and pick your favorites without having to dig and bruise other objects. It’s also super satisfying, the Fresh Associates need a raise! When I checked out, my cashier was very helpful and courteous. She was a delight!

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff here for doing the best they can with a shortage of people working at this location! They still continue to be kind, patient and friendly even though sometimes I know it can be difficult dealing with so many customers ALL the time. I shop here often and have gotten familiar with the staff and they are always so pleasant and willing to help! Thank you!

My home away from home. Best Pharmacy in TOWN! I love the employees there - always so friendly.
And of course, Kroger always has some awesome deal going. I always walk out of here with much more than I came in for, but it's always good stuff. Good people in the grocery area too (not just the pharmacy) - always ready with a quick smile and "hello".

Very busy and often difficult to navigate with the self checking line backed up I to the walkway. Good food and deals. Great discounts, handicapped accessibility and good staff

I ordered a birthday cake for pick up on 6/20 -- it was perfect! I originally wanted a strawberry cake but the associate in the bakery informed me they did not make this type of cake. Instead, she offered a white cake with strawberry icing and strawberries on top. It look and tasted great. Thank you very much for your professionalism and delicious cake.

They have many different products although its not a huge kroger it has a wide variety of items which is great!
There is a bump near the door that always makes it hard to move your cart. It could be great if it was not there. The space for putting the cart outside is not in the best place and many people leave their cart in the parking space which is not good. The way products are located makes it tough to locate things for instance they have two different sections for cheese one at one end and the other at another end. products could be located in better order and location.

This pharmacy is staffed with the kindest pharmacy staff in Indy. I have used them for a couple years. I am switching ALL my meds to them since CVS in Nora NEVER answers the phone.."loses" scripts sent by my DR. The pharmacy here at Krogers actually ANSWERS your call, regardless how busy they are. Such a great team!

My visit at Kroger on 86th street was exceptionally well. Catina went over and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I really appreciate the great customer service I received. Catina your amazing customer service will not go unnoticed with my family. We are and always will be frequent customers at your store.

This store took some time for me to learn where stuff was, but I'm getting there. Excellent wine department, great produce and meat, great sales. Got checked out by a WONDERFUL cashier named Bonita who was so pleasant and patient with my 90 year old mother. God bless you, Bonita!!

Smaller Kroger than the 71st and Binford location or the 65th Street location- HOWEVER, it definitely fits the charm of Nora- everyone there is really nice and helpful. The produce is constantly looked over by the staff and they work hard to make sure the store looks good. The Starbucks inside is also a plus!

This is one of the shmancy Kroger stores that you find in the ritzy parts of town. There's an entire aisle of kosher products, which aren't easy to find in other places! The deli section has whole wheels of cheese which, I won't lie, I have wondered how to sneak into my car.

Loved this Kroger everything I wanted in a grocery store all in one place. I was here for business but visited this store regularly for a month. The staff were always friendly and the selection was amazing.

I like the fried chicken at this location. I got to chicken wings for lunch, OMG, the were amazing! I was spending so much time trying to get lunch at the local restaurants around 86th Westfield that I forgot Kroger's has a deli. I give their chicken 5 stars.

One of my favorite Kroger's in Indy. The staff is always friendly and they usually have all items in stock. The produce is always displayed very nicely and is always fresh.

I have been using the floral department for over a year now. Vicki is awesome and her arrangements are always beautiful, the flowers fresh and just absolutely wonderful!

Love Kroger..easy stop shopping..usually have what I need in stock.
