I’ve always had a great experience at this pharmacy and store. I saw some negative reviews, but I haven’t experienced those kind of issues. I’ve found the pharmacy staff to be professional and helpful. The MinuteClinic caregivers have been just that… Caregivers. (Although, the online scheduling system could be more user-friendly.) The employees that staff the retail part of the store have always been helpful. The store is clean and organized.

My wife and I get our prescriptions and some other drug store goodies at CVS, W 86th & Ditch Rd. The people there are always on the ball, professional and personable. We are glad it's so close to home.

Thank goodness for CVS minute clinic literally - 3 min to confirm what I knew- that I have an ear infection and less than 5 minute wait for my prescription! Well done! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The cvs staff at this location are by far the nicest pharmacy staff across indianapolis. Great customer service, they work as a team very well and help you get to the bottom of confusion with patience and sincerity.

Everyone in the store has always been so nice and helpful. The people here are like family. They really care.

I was a little nervous about coming this evening due to all the bad reviews. However, I was thoroughly impressed. We arrived early for our vaccine appt and were greeted very nicely at the counter. The gentleman assisted us and checked us in. Kent the pharmacist administered the vaccine in a timely manner and was willing to answer questions. They were slammed with phone calls and drive thru at 9 pm at night but handled it well. Great job pharmacy staff this evening on March 28th!

My daughter has a 104 temp and pneumonia and we went to the ER this morning and I’m just now getting my script filled the other two cvs acted like they didn’t care and gave me the run around this location is out the way but I would go here before I ever step foot at another location again they were terrible

Prescription was filled fast, pickup was easy. Can not ask for more

I came here to the pharmacy at nearly 1am with an emergency regarding my medication and the pharmacist majorly helped me out. If it wasn’t for him I would’ve ended up either really sick or with a huge hospital emergency room bill. Really appreciated the help!

Best pharmacist are at this location for sure. They are smarter than doctors and will interpret prescriptions in their own genius way! Glad a pharmacist is looking out for me, really what I want. They don’t just put pills in a bottle here they are part of the community

I had a few issues with my insurance provider when I came in for my vaccination today. The staff worked with me and dedicated their time to solving the problem. The gentleman that administered my shot was kind and time efficient. Thank you Cvs Pharmacy.

Wasnt sure what to expect with the comments but was in and out in 5 minutes, very helpful pharmacy techs. Tons of people working at 9:30 on a Monday. One of the best 24hr pharmacies I've been to.

I've been going to this drugstore for the past 1p yrs. From their old location to their new store.My husband&I are treated better then family. From their pharmacist to their staff from the x u walk in until you walk out there's an outstanding atmosphere.

For being one of CVS busiest stores pharmacy is always Helpful an filled our scripts perfectly.

Great store most of the store clerks are wonderful and always greet with a smile and the pharmacy is so accommodating. Shop here all the time wont go anywhere else!
