I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from Pharmacist Adrianna at CVS Pharmacy (located at 2311 E Semoran Blvd., Apopka, FL 32703).
When I encountered a frustrating situation with a nationwide shortage of my prescribed medication, Adrianna went above and beyond to assist me. Despite the challenges posed by the shortage and uncertain timelines for restocking, Adrianna demonstrated unwavering dedication & compassion. She took the time to understand my situation, patiently answered all my questions, and explored alternative options to ensure I received the necessary treatment.
Adrianna's professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for my well-being truly made a difference during this stressful time. Her proactive approach and commitment to customer care are a testament to her outstanding character and dedication to her profession.

I love this busy little CVS pharmacy! The pharmacy staff take such good care of me! My medicine is always filled quickly and efficiently, and I'm always treated with kindness here. I don't have health insurance, and the staff here helps me find coupons to make sure I pay the smallest cost possible for my meds. I seriously am so appreciative of them for their kindness.

Not sure where all the negativity is coming from but I literally probably pick up between 15 and 20 scripts a month between me and my kids all scattered throughout the month I have never had poor customer service. They've only had trouble getting one of my medications but they actually ordered it ahead this month. if you find yourself on hold for more than three or four minutes hang up and call back that's always worked for me. Also my autistic son cannot swallow pills CVS is the only place that I have ever found liquid adult Tylenol and I bought all of it I found the manager gave him the product and asked him to order more he scanned it and sure enough next time I went in the medicine was fully stocked.

I've never had issues at this pharmacy. I never wait more than 15 minutes on scripts. Staff is pleasant and always busy, and I have never seen any staff member be rude to customers, but I have witnessed customers being rude to the staff members for reasons out if their control.

People there are great. Hard now and days… helpful, kind,welcoming, informative, over all a great experience.

These people get slammed on a regular basis, and whenever I am in there - either the drive thru or inside, the pharmacy workers are always hustling. I really appreciate my local pharmacy team!

Alanna was very helpful in making sure all my info was correct in the system and mentioned info about the care pass I did not know. This location is close to home for me. I plan on visiting again soon!

Wonderful pharmacy, they always do their best to take care of you. Kareem especially, best pharmacist you could possibly have.
