Nice people work at this location -- and, they're helpful and knowledgable, as well. Walgreens must have some list of criteria when hiring staff for their stores, because we can't think of a person we've met at this location, and the Walgreens at Ford Rd. at Rte 334 in Zionsville, who isn't kind, helpful, and just good at customer service dynamics. We frequent both stores pretty often, and the people do seem to behave consistently. Also, the stores really do seem to be kept in clean, neat condition, even with the big amount of inventory at both.

I got my flu shot today from a pharmacist named Christian. She was FANTASTIC even though it looked super busy! I switched from Zionsville here when she moved over.

I recently visit the Walgreens at 106th and Michigan Road and had the best experience. The people are so friendly and accommodating plus they are knowledgeable about their own store. I certainly felt appreciated and welcome at this store. Thanks Walgreens!

Probably the best Walgreen's in the area. Kind staff and fast check-out time.

They have everything ready for you when pick up your scripts. I like the drive through windows.

Sometimes cashiers are nice, but I don’t like that they sometimes keep the catalina and don’t give them, today a catalina printed and the cashier throw it in the trash can so I ask her to give it to and she said no , they need to give them to customer is up to us if we don’t want it

The most ghetto Walgreens I've ever worked with. It is literally hit or miss if they answer the phone. There is usually one clerk working between the drive thru and the front counter. The wait times are absolutely brutal. Lord help you if you have a question or issue with your copay. Days of incompetence and failure is all you have to look forward too. This God awful location actually makes me appreciate my mail order pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy in town - avoid if you can! Slow as molasses, disorganized, and unhelpful pharmacy staff. Zero sense of urgency in filling needed medications. I have had to wait 30 to 60 minutes to pick up a prescription every time I have been here. HORRIBLE!

I have been sitting in their drive thru pick up line for over 30 mins. now.
I am 2nd car in line.
This is due to the woman in front of me decided she was going to transfer her script & have it filled here now.
Instead of telling her she should come in to do this the tech is just doing everything she asks.
I have witnessed 4 cars leave the line. Only reason I haven’t is because I’m blocked in.
Very unprofessional.

This Walgreen cards you when you buy NON-ALCOHOLIC beers (0.0% alcohol content, Budweiser Zero). I googled it trying to understand why. It said that’s because they look so similar to alcoholic beers and the establishment might not trust their employees to always distinguish between them!

So I place my prescription order at 2 am and get a phone call the NEXT DAY ( over 24 hours later ) to say we are in the process of filling your order. I needed my prescriptions this morning that's why I placed my order yesterday. Well Walgreens you finally did it . I'm going to Kroger.

I will never ever go to this store! Western Union service is so bad. I should have paid eight dollars fee but there is another cancelled transaction that charged thirty dollars on same day. The screen showed both transactions according to the cashier but she chose $30 and insisted charging me overpriced!!! I would give them zero rate if there’s an option. No honesty no business!

SHAMEFUL
Pharmacy closes and leaves my wife, being discharged from the hospital in an hour, without CRITICAL medication that her Dr called in on Friday.

Malways a bunch of people doing everything but ringing you out in this place.
