Wild Bill's Tobacco

I started going to Wild Bills on Cedar Street about 2 years ago and the staff are Always so kind and helpful.

This is one of my favorite places to go, the staff are wonderful the manager OJ is an awesome guy. Their dog friendly and take good care of my baby and shower her with love. I wouldn't send anyone anywhere else.

It's unbelievable how much one can find in this store. It's doubled in size since I was a smoker back in the 1990s. Very well lit, friendly helpful staff. If I still smoked this would be my place to shop. Great prices for roll your own.

The staff at this store today were very helpful but their attitudes were awesome and I enjoyed the whole environment, very fun and hilarious but still did their actual job.

Where to begin, I believe Kyle is the one I have dealt with when going in the last few times to figure out my vape set up to quit smoking cigarettes, and the crew in here is insanely helpful, very knowledgeable, and will go above and beyond to steer you right. They also have a very large walk in humidor with an insane cigar selection. A very cool glass selection as well. I Wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone looking for a highly dependable tobacco shop to this establishment. I learned today they are the mother store for Mr. Vapor down the street and I hope to make it in there soon to check it out. Outstanding work, and service team. Keep it up!

Edit* I was on the last day of my return policy for my vape and the gentleman I was dealing with didn’t hesitate to call the store owner to try to get some snags with the transaction ironed out. The store owner was very kind about the issue and very willing to be flexible. You don’t find service like this people.

Cool place would be even cooler if they could give out prices over the phone, because it makes so much more sense to force people to drive there to find out they didn't have enough.

Everyone here is always great when I show up. They've all been very helpful and have a smile on their face! I've been coming here for a few years, If memory serves me correctly they've only been out of stock twice on one of my products and even then had it in the next day.

Very attentive staff. It got busy after I got inside but the young man who was helping me was happy to help and did not rush me into buying anything. Happy to come back next time I need to buy something here.

Great selection, shame Inflation finally hit here but what can ya do.

Employee was very helpful when picking out vape juice with excellent recommendations that took into consideration flavors I knew I liked and ones I might like until we found the perfect one!

This place is awesome. This was my first time here and the staff is so nice and helpful. We came in just before closing (I hate people that do that 😬) and they didn't rush us or make up feel unwelcome. I'm new to vaping and really appreciated the help and the great selection. Already planning to go back for more due to the helpfulness of the staff. I sure hope they're appreciated! Thanks for your exceptional costumer service, that's kind of rare these days.
**Update: went to the Okemos location because I was running errands out there. NEVER AGAIN. They were so rude, unhelpful and rushed me out when the store was open for another hour. Sticking to S. Cedar!!

I like this place people are friendly while they were when I first started going there but they've changed hands a lot different workers but it's a good place to go

Awesome customer service!!! Very eager to help or assist sincerely, with a smile AND a good sense of humor. Very consistent, a Lady employee in particular showed a gift of attentiveness that showed off a very desirable ability as an enjoyable Sales Representative that was an asset for the Employer, for my Husband and I, as well as for herself, so it seemed, by her smile, laugh and Genuinely enjoyable personality. Thank you to to each employee that was there for such a welcoming atmosphere, that my Husband and I were offered the assistance or help by all of you before we were had left your establishment. I apologize, I do not know your names, the day however I do warmly recall,was Wednesday February 3, 2021 the day after one of the hardest days of my life. And on Wednesday morning an all too familiar voice filled with sadness, doubt, & Fear I woke to crying so desperately to the heart within me, why didn't you feel me? I want to be with you, now I can't, some on else is right here with me telling me that we don't have a choice, I can't be with you, and I have to stay here??!!!
That was a part of the very little that I did not cry that day. Thank you for the genuine warmth and smile that you brought me, for the release from the grip of Sadness, fear, and grief that was overwhelming me. Thank you for your kindness, for the priceless gift you gave me yesterday evening. I hope to have that memory forever.

Always helpful , courteous, went to go buy something and only had one and called me to say we got more coils.The staff goes out of there way to help.

My favorite smoke shop. Still sell a pack of smokes for less than $5 out the door. Better than crowns and better than montego.

Owner is very nice, as are all the staff there. Everyone is very kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.
Also, much recent remodeling has been done, creating an open layout and giving more room for their great selection!

i been coming here for about a year now and the customer service has always been good, but my last visit was particularly impressive! the person that helped me was Randy. i’m a person who does not remember names. but i still remember his name because he was so passionate about his job, specially during this hard times !!

Love Wild Bill's and their commitment to their customers. This place has everything needed for vaping or tobacco's. You can get these things anywhere but the staff sets this place apart. Very knowledgeable and focused on helping customers find the right gear or juice then supporting these products after sale. More companies should follow this model. Keep up the great work!

This store location is one of the best ones though I can't really complain about any of the locations I have been to. I love who I think is the manager that works at this location. He makes sure that you find exactly what you're looking for even if it's not out on the floor, he also lets you know or remind you of discounts that are going on. I just love having one store to go to for mine, my family tobacco needs. My family lives in Florida and they can't find these good products that Wild Bills carries. So I make sure I get what my brother needs for about a month because the shipping runs a little high for more than once a month shipping. Wild Bills makes everything else convenient for me, otherwise I wouldn't be doing this.
