My mom went in to get a warranty claim for a tv she had purchased. The associate at geek squad was unable to help and gave little effort to figure out how to help. Finally Simon intervened and was a HUGE help.
Simon had a great attitude, was understanding of our situation, and went out of his way to make sure are other concerns and questions we’re thoroughly addressed. He is the definition of an all star team member. Any business’s staff can learn a lot from how he handles customer service. 10 stars for Simon

At 66, I really appreciated their expertise! The sales rep, Sabrina, was so patient with me as I read off my needs, hopes and dreams that I had researched, then directed me to the options. She was so bright 🌞, happy and by far intelligent! She heard exactly what I needed. I so appreciated her! Then Blake in the Geek Squad was as equally helpful and patient. Walked me through setting up my computer and downloading my phone. This was one of the best salespeople experience ever! Thanks Best Buy!❤

Had the best experience! My old laptop finally kicked the bucket and I can’t survive without one. I went to my local Best Buy. My computer expert, Peter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. First he helped me sign up for a credit card with 0% interest for 12 months. Then Peter helped me pick out the best laptop for me. I am so happy with the price I paid and I am in love with my new laptop!!!

We had to make 3 trips to the store (to no fault of the staff) after having issues with carriers on a new cell phone purchase. The staff made time for us during every visit even during times that they were busy and couldn't do much to help. We're thankful to have a good location with kind staff nearby.

They didn’t have what we wanted, but they had an alternative. Didn’t have an Apple computer in stock so we got a MS one.

I ended up at this store because the call center for Best Buy said that they had computer monitors that I was looking for. I showed up and they didn't have any. Apparently there was a computer glitch. I was pretty frustrated, because I had driven almost an hour to get there. But Matthew, the sales manager, figured out a solution to my problem and we reached an agreement on two different monitors for a similar price. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and a killer sales acumen. Best Buy is lucky to have that guy, wish he worked for me!

My only complaint is that Best Buy needs to have a way for people to call stores directly. Calling some off-site call center is terribly inefficient and delivers poor results

This Best Buy has been pretty good over the years if I need something today or want to go see it in person before buying. The staff is generally friendly and helpful if needed. The store was busy the last time I went (a couple weeks before Christmas) and there were several people waiting for help at the cell phone counter, but I think that was a function of the number of customers.

This was one of the most low key, efficient, and easy to get in and out quickly of all of the Best Buys ever. I highly recommend this store over the one on N. Meridian. Purchased an iPhone 14 Pro 128gb and they had stock on hand. 7 stars!!
