T-Mobile

I will miss T-Mobile but for now I have to sacrifice. I went in to pay off my phone and Gina helped me. She was so nice and I know she was there all day because my sister went in the morning & had her as well. Gina was super helpful to us both and did not give us a hard time for leaving. Makes you want to come back because the service has always been great! Online and in person.

I had the most pleasant phone buying experience of my life with Rhiannon! I came in colored by previous experiences of pushy sales tactics and unclear pricing. Rhiannon was 1 on 1 with me the whole time. She gave honest and open advice, wrote out all the pricing by hand for me to make sure I understood my options, spent extra time checking that all my data and apps got transferred correctly to the new phone, and was super kind, caring, and calming! I would recommend her and this store to anyone!

Went to the T-mobile store on Raceway Road. Service was fantastic! Maggie answered all of our questions and was very personable and knowledgeable. We will be going back and asking for a Maggie to help us. Highly recommend this location and Maggie too!

I love this location. The associates are so friendly and knowledgeable. Maggie helped my family all get new phones and watches. She was great.

Once again today Jacob helped me at this location and was very helpful and knowledgeable as he always is. He has helped me several times prior and he has always went above and beyond the call of duty. Prior to this I had spent over 2 hours on the phone with tech support prior to going to the store he spent roughly 15 minutes with me and had my phone and my wife's phone back functioning properly something tech support could not get accomplished in over 2 hours.

Any issues with service here probably has to do with their system. The employees in store do everything they can within their power to assist you. Chris was extremely kind and professional. He did a great job assisting me with buying my OnePlus 8T. Come here for good service.

Depending on when you stop in, there may be a lengthy wait, but I received SUPERB service from Chris. T-Mobile doesn't have a way for you to shout out their employees at corporate unless you get a random survey. I didn't get one, so I'm least shouting him out on Google.

Imagine finding out you didn't officially close your account and your credit card you don't use got charged. Imagine putting it off for two months because online couldn't help without a pin. I walked in this store, there was a little wait. I was greeted shortly after I came in the store and they took care of everything. I will come back as a tmobile customer and I'll certainly come to this store when I come back.

Wish I had started out in this store. They are very helpful and knowledgeable/truthful about plans and products. Helped me fix what the call center folks messed up/gave me wrong information on.

I went to this T-Mobile location on Raceway Road to buy a new phone, Chris helped me and he was great to work with, friendly, professional. He answered all of my questions and got me set back up with a new phone in no time.

THANKS to Chris H....FINALLY got my phone CONNECTED after 2 weeks of NO NETWORK...BEST DAY EVER... GOOD-BYE VERIZON!!!

Had an issue with data on my new phone, but Alejandro was able to sort me out. After just coming over to T-Mobile from ATT, I can say this is the most efficient visit I have made to a cell store. One more reason I'm glad I switched. Thanks Alejandro.

Went into T-Mobile for a phone upgrade, and my man Jordan killed it!! He took his time to explain plans and transfer process and just was down to earth. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Wonderful service. Dontae in the Avon location took the time to ask questions to help me determine the right phone for my daughter. I had to leave to take my daughter to a weekend camp so I am going back to him to get a tablet and watch this weekend.

Truly a great experience! Had problems with my phone and the lovely lady working there named Daisy was not only Pleasant but extremely helpful and kind! Great being able to be treated like that especially since it was a busy time of the day!

The associate was very friendly and professional. The wait was less than 15 minutes and we were in and out.

You can definitely tell this is a corporate store as it was well stocked, well lit, and clean.

Robel....YOU are a life saver!!! A simple soft reset but you calmy took my phone asked the problem within seconds fixed the issue. I thank you again and if there is a next time...photos will be backed up.
