Apple The Fashion Mall at Keystone

We went here on a weekday evening and it was less busy than we expected. The store was well staffed and we were helped in a reasonable amount of time which allowed us to browse a little before meeting an associate. The associate was helpful and got us on our way quickly.

I came into the store yesterday regarding an Apple watch I bought secondhand. Was seen quickly after sitting down. I needed to transfer accounts, test the battery life, and a buy new wristband. Ahmad was knowledgeable and fast. Even when the watch was updating and he needed to assist other customers, I never felt ignored or forgotten. He came by several times as the watch was updating to check how things were going or made eye contact to see if he needed to do the next step. Overall, a great experience.

Nor only was my 9 year old MacBook Air repaired for a very reasonable price, but all personnel were incredibly helpful AND my dog was welcomed into the store- it was too hot to leave her in my truck.

Michael and the Genius Bar was a great help to us! Had to wait about 40 minutes for a walk in appointment but the staff were all friendly.

The level of consumer-focus and professionalism from the staff on the sales, but as importantly, on the Genius (service) side of the Apple Store at Fashion Mall at Keystone in Indianapolis is unquestionably SUPERB (A+++). The kind and caring manner I’ve observed with older people that just don’t get the tech, with savvy Zoomers (Gen-Zers) who are natural magicians of tech and everyone in between, as well as all the FREE and not-free courses to learn in - all of which is the curated experience at the core of the value proposition that Apple Inc has committed to everyone having who buys, uses and seeks to benefit from their tech and tech-enabled-services worldwide. This is where an important rubber-meets-the-road portion happens: on the front end to sell the tech or present the features through in-person (or online) courses, or on the other side of the house where the real lifetime-of-the-customer anchoring happens when Apple gets an opportunity to show they stand squarely behind every little piece of their business thru and thru, Tim Cook down to the newly hired retail and/or corporate employee (full-time and/or seasonal alike) and its external partners (from TSMC to independent contractors, and on-site clerical I-9 compensated third parties), and everyone in between. This particular Apple Store is nothing short of exemplary and a model for the 529 others currently operating across the planet to follow and learn from. Take it from me, a person that’s been fortunate enough to know Apple since the Apple II timeframe who has owned just about all the products and used all the services Apple has put out to market since…and been fortunate enough to have met - only once, it’s iconic and mercurial late founder, S.P. Jobs. I know this company well, and this store exemplifies the best Apple has to offer to market in 2024. Those consumers and businesses that need to rely on on-site Apple Store personnel for new products, to learn about them, or to get them cared for, can rest assured they are in very good hands, from store management down.

Apple store has no daytime markings on the building. Couldn't find it for a while. Fix it. Everything else fine.

i was there today and they were very super nice and caring with my son and i was very happy how they were doing what they were supposed to and how they were asking if we needed help on anything and was being so sweet to my son. Recommend to buy any iphone ipads and laptops/computers

Staff were professional. Technician was also helpful and understanding. Place was nice plenty of apple product to brows at. Can’t wait to get my device back.

The store was beautiful, clean, and well staffed. I came in simply to purchase a phone case and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The team members I encountered were all helpful and courteous.

I had a great experience at the apple store today! I was helped at first by Aresma who did SO much to help and then CJ helped me setup my new phone. They were both extremely helpful and made the process so smooth and easy! Would recommend this apple store to anyone. Even though it was busy in the store, it didn’t take long for me to be helped at all. Overall, very pleased :)

Jasen and Devin helped my mom and i pick out an ipad for college. They were both extremely helpful and gave the best customer service. We were only at the store for a short time and got every thing we needed with no hassle! We loved our experience and that’s rare when it comes to electronics.

Apple is the best. They delivered my new iPhone in one day. Very fast shipping and free. I worried if I won't get it before my travel time. Also, an employee did help me through the purchase process. I appreciate his time and favor and thanks Apple for everything.

Products fail, especially something that is in your pocket / purse and tossed around. Every time I’ve gone in to get my phone or laptop fixed, they’re quick, professional and resolve my issues.

There’s things you need to know... Don’t go in without an appointment. This isn’t Best Buy. They are extremely busy, especially since they are the only Apple Store within a hundred miles. If you go in without an appointment, you’re going to have a bad day.

Also, there are hundreds of combinations of applications and hardware you can install. No one can know everything, you go in there having an issue with some obscure third party app, don’t expect them to know how to fix it. The majority of time, they only have the same information about a app that you can find yourself. Don’t fault them for not knowing everything.

Overall; its a great store with friendly staff, and after visiting this store a few dozen times, I’ll continue to go back.

Apple Stores are some of the best stores in the world. 1-star? Are you people CRAZY?! What other store can you get your electronic device scanned and diagnosed and replaced IN STORE? Five Stars all the way! Awesome service, awesome people.

Pretty much Indianapolis' only nice mall with top brand names. Pleasant to shop in as well as roam around in, it has something for everyone!

ERICKA was AMAZING. Spent over an hour with me trying to get my replacement phone sorted out with my Canadian Cell carrier (Bell).

She IS FANTASTIC! The greeter was VERY helpful and pleasant also.

Very quick service. I drop in to buy iPhone 15 and airtags without appointment. It took me 15 minutes in total to di ush my purchases. Quick and supportive staff.
