Rooms To Go

This was our first time going to Rooms to Go and we didn’t really know what to expect. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by a sales clerk named Wendy. She filled us in on how everything was laid out in the building. Once she let us know how everything was we proceeded to look at all of the furniture. We loved a dinning room set and a living room set. Wendy helped us with everything and we were so happy with our purchases. We will be back for sure. Once delivered on the scheduled date we found a couple of issues and the lead on the delivery took care of everything to get this replaced with in a couple of day. Great Service

Jonathan was so patient with us. We kept changing our minds. He was very personable and helps you get the best deal. Thank you.

We visited rooms to go last week. We spoke with Grace, who was amazing, patient and very informative. Although we came an hour before closing Grace didn’t hesitate to help us out with our order. We went back in a couple days later and purchased a few more pieces, Grace was again super helpful. Great experience over all.

We went in to buy a Farmhouse bedroom set and were immediately greeted at the door with a beautiful smiling face, Goldie. We told her what we were looking for and she led us right to the set we bought. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. If anyone is looking for new furniture I would highly recommend Rooms to Go in Melbourne Fl. and and ask for Goldie, she's the best. Thank you Goldie for making our decision so easy.

My salesman is Brandon and he was wonderful. Very patient and knowledgeable. I was probably the easiest customer he’s had.

Great experience, very friendly and knowledgeable team! We had an issue with one of our products and the warranty took care of it and made replacement easy as just finding a new one we liked. They have just about the best quality furniture you can find these days!

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. I was greeted by and worked with Marybeth and she was aces! Not sure if you could beat their pricing and quality. Service was awesome. I was able to keep in touch via text. Ordering was simple and easy.

Jefferie greeted us at the door , told him what we were looking for and took us right to the product we were interested in. We liked it and made our purchase and delivery will be in a week. So far everything is satisfactory.

Wendy was thorough and extremely informative from the start. She answered all my questions thoroughly and explored all options for my needs so I could find what was the best living room option for my family. Wendy also found a way to get my furniture to me in two days!

Since we entered, my husband and I perceived a quality atmosphere, the salesperson who approached us to offer his services was very friendly and helpful, he explained everything to us in detail and was very patient with the decision we made. people like Geo should have in every store. First-class attention that even on his day off he had to come to the store to receive our payment and to leave the date set for delivery. Giovanni is an excellent salesman.

Time to replace the couches and my friend took me to RTG for his house.
We both fell in love with the same set, and Goldie, our sales person was over-the-top fantastic!!!!
I had to wait for black Friday to but she was there and do was the set I wanted. This time I brought the wife and Goldie was right there to answer all our questions and concerns even volunteering more info that we were not aware of and only further cemented our desire to do business with this wonderful salesperson.
An overall excellent experience and so so glad I made the trip to RTG.
I'll definitely be back for my furniture needs. I love it when you are made so comfortable that you cannot help but leave with a smile.

My experience at rooms to go was the most excellent experience at any furniture store! Goldie took time to show me options, was not in a rush and could have shown me all the high-end stuff which is what I went to first. But she showed me really nice furniture at a more affordable price. She worked with colors, patterns and groupings of furniture. If the lamp wasn’t available, she would work hard to locate that lamp. She also worked hard with her manager to provide groupings and discounts. She truly cares about who you are, and we connected as friends as well! Thank you Goldie; you are truly a golden young lady!! Giovanni was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. This was absolutely the best buying experience we have had at Rooms to Go! We will definitely seek him out for any of our future furniture-buying needs!

My husband and I were looking for new bedroom furniture for our spare/guest room. Our current set is bulky and consumes the entire room when you walk in. Giovanni was wonderful helping us find a beautiful new beachy vibes set that is more modern, sleek, and streamlined to fit a small space. We will definitely work with Giovanni on future indoor furniture purchases!!
We then walked into their outdoor/patio furniture section where we were greeted by Christine. We weren't planning on replacing our outdoor sectional, but the one we have now isn't very comfortable. You could just tell by looking at it that the frame and cushions were extremely high quality and made to last. I made the mistake of sitting down on one, and omg it was like sitting on a cloud. Christine helped us customize what pieces we needed along with a coffee table, so it will fit our outdoor space perfectly.
We are excited for all of it to arrive!! We highly recommend asking for Giovanni for your indoor needs, and Christine for your outdoor needs!
