CVS Pharmacy

Angel waited on me in the Pharmacy. She was helpful and very pleasant. I love CVS! And it's only 5 minutes from my house!

This location has really improved over the past couple months. Customer service has been much better and everyone is much more professional!! Keep up the good work!

Very helpful pharmacy staff. There are other CVS locations closer to my house, but I’m sending all my prescriptions here because of the great service.

The recorded voicemail messages are impossible. There’s no way to efficiently reach your needs. Too many messages that are irrelevant. Make it more user friendly. I avoid having to call unless critical.

I swear that if I didn't have to use CVS because of insurance, I would never go here.

Rude service and can't deliver within the time frame quoted. We even gave them a full extra hour to get it done and they hadn't even started yet. And then they act like I'm putting them out. I'm pretty sure, with out the customer, they would be out of a job.

I keep giving this pharmacy a chance because they are close to my home. Not only are they super slow, they never contact me when they are out of something. Communication with this pharmacy with patients is sub par. I’m self pay so they assumed I wouldn’t want a high cost prescription and didn’t fill it. They asked me to drive around and get back in line. It took almost 45 minutes. Ridiculous.

Once again, this pharmacy has proven its complete incompetence in following a customer’s request and requirements. I have repeatedly stated to this pharmacy that my wife has RA and cannot open safety caps. They still refuse to place non-safety caps on her prescription bottles, despite the fact that we have no children in our home. This is beyond incompetence, it is reportable to the Texas Board. No one in this pharmacy understands what a non-safety cap is, and therefore, they should not work there!

They don’t inform the patient when they are out a prescribed medicine. Then when you need help figuring out a way to get the prescribed medication that they are out of they do not help you at all- they literally just stick their arms up and say you’re SOL. Most apathetic pharmacy ever.
