We came in to get a TV and haven’t bought one in a while but Michael was extremely helpful. He was helping someone else out for a while and we couldn’t find someone to help us for a bit but once he came over to help he did not leave a single question unanswered. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest about everything, I was genuinely impressed. He gave demonstrations of the Mini LED and the new options across multiple brands that have come out since our TV purchase in 2018. He highlighted differences I didn’t realize that really add to the experience. As someone who’s indecisive and given so many options for a TV he helped narrow it down to the perfect one so thanks Michael! The store is also modern and well laid out and a State Trooper is parked outside so even dark out it felt safe.

We buy the Meta Quest 3, one months ago. after 3 failed attempts to find help in the store and make an appointment at Geek squad. Alonzo Gonzales helped me extremely, found the solution to my problem and gave me amazing membership options. Thank you Mike Brophy Marketplace Director. This store is amazing!
Even though they are in the middle of a massive remodel and things are a lot less organized than usual… their customer service is Fantastic! We walked in and immediately found someone to tell us where to look for the auto stereo. They walked us to the section instead of pointing and then went to look for the model that was online but not in the shelf. In less than 30 minutes we were walking out with the needed item.

Brandon on the other hand couldn’t even find a person to come pull the item we needed off the top of the shelf after 5 requests for assistance! After over an hour we walked out and came here.

We will be coming to this Tampa location for our future tech needs. I highly recommend this location… even during their remodeling period.

Sadly I've been coming here to this location for business related matters rather than pleasure. Although, if I lived in the area I would definitely go in more often. However, I have to give this location credit. We order a TON of MS surface laptops from here and they have our order ready for pickup really quickly and efficiently. Everyone is super nice and friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend this location for all of your electronic needs. Especially if you use them for work. Thanks for this well managed location, Best Buy. Keep it up!

Was there at opening time, 10:00 a.m. one morning, to have a phone screen protector replaced, and they told me at the front door that they were still waiting for their phone guy to come in, he was late for work. He finally showed up about 15 minutes late. Other than that, everything was great. Service was great. Honored their warranty. Super friendly. Just need to get their employees to come to work on time. To be fair tho, good helps hard to find these days...actually, any help is hard to find these day's.

Aside from having to wait for roughly 25 mins to get someone to help us with getting our new TV the guy who finally helped us had us in and out in a very short period of time. We scheduled the install of our new tv for the weekend and the guys did such an amazing job. While they are a little pricey when it comes to HDMI and Surge Protectors the A+ service made up for the costly amount since we got a killer deal on our 85 inch Samsung. GOOD JOB GEEKSQUAD/BB

*Best Buy accepts virtually all types of used electronics, cell phones, adapters, etc. for recycling!* Just go inside and drop off at Customer Service desk. Simple.

*Yay. Kudos to them for participating in keeping these items out of the landfill.

Jeremy was so helpful helping me find the perfect keyboard today. He walked me through all of my questions, including the Apple products and knew exactly where to find what we needed in a timely manner.

Nice new renovation. Staff sparse however. Adam was the only one to help when he saw me waiting to get something behind the case. He was knowledgeable and helpful about security systems and super sweet. Thank you!

From the sales department and The Geek Squad Department and customer service department everybody was so nice and answered all my questions the next day I went and bought a new TV and I went back the next day and brought them the old TV and they took it thank you Best Buy

Agent Evan of the Geek Squad needs to be commended for his excellent customer service when I couldn't get my brand new Cyberpowerpc to work. He also helped me pick put a new monitor.

We stopped in to buy a dash-can and upgrade my phone. It was right before closing and James helped us out and provided excellent service. He helped us out in every way possible and answered all of our questions. It’s great to see that there are still people that provide great customer service. Thank you, James!

The manager, Steven, at the Dale Mabry location was an AMAZING help. He not only made my experience in Best Buy smooth and efficient, but he was effectively answering questions from other coworkers and customers in a polite and productive manner. His job seems like quite the balancing act- and he was killing it!! :):)

Had a great experience here. Dave helped me with a battery charger for my old digital camera . He was very knowledgeable and helpful! He went out is his way to help me when they did not have it in stock.
