Ok, let me start by saying THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE HELP IN THE PHARMACY!!! It's a circus in there everytime I need a prescription filled!! I feel so bad for the pharmacists and other staff. If a manager reads this, forget your bonus and hire more help!!! The staff are friendly even in the midst of all the chaos. I prefer to use the drive-thru, but if there are one or two cars in front of me I throw the car into park because I know I'm going to be there awhile. Kudos to the pharmacy staff!! Zero for management!!!😨🤤😨🤤😨🤤

Lots of good deals, make sure you double check your receipt before you leave. Sometimes the ad prices don't register

The staff is friendly enough on the front end. The pharmacy is usually out of control busy, resulting in not so great service sometimes. I don't hold it against them, when your busy your focus is divided.

I don't have experience from this store but I am a pharmacy technician from a whole different company.

Working in the pharmacy isn't easy, especially for a pharmacist! No, there's no excuse for long hold times or for any technician to pick up a phone. But depending how many are staffed, it takes time.

OTC IS NOT pharmacy responsibility, it is the stores responsibility. What's the pharmacies is responsible for is THE PHARMACY. We can only guide you where an item is in the store area. Drive through is for convenience if there was a customer that had a problem with medication or price WE ARE OBLIGATED to HELP that customer as we would for you. You should had walked inside if you felt that would had been quicker service. If you get a automatic message or email, we do not control that. That is a whole different system that needs to be contacted. Before bashing a pharmacy, learn the role and get the fact and stress the help to understand. Someone would be more then happy to explain it to you!

Store is okay, but beware of their survey with "prizes". They give a dozen choices, but when you choose one congratulations you selected diet pills, regardless of what you select. Feel like a "valued" customer when this company fat shames me.
