Came back from a trip and one of the wheel of our rolling hang bag was frayed and raveling, stopped by to get a price on repair. It was $65 for both wheels to be replaced, seemed fair as the wheels were riveted into the base plate. Picked up the case today, it was perfect, just like new and ready for thousands of more air travel. The price was fair and reasonable as new case is $250 and up.

The absolute best!!! I walked in with a highly treasured piece of Hartmann luggage, and they fixed it before my very eyes. These are the things that make my heart sing! They’re busy because they are good the best in the business! Highly recommended.

Had a chance to stop in here recently to repair two suitcases, a Rimowa and a Samsonite, that had single wheels missing. Not only was the repair done on both within minutes, but the selection inside this place is wonderful. A good thing they didn't take too long, or else I might have walked out with more than I brought in! :-)

Much prefer it to the mall luggage places. They know what they are doing, take time to talk to you, have good prices and answer the phone.

My luggage was damaged at the airport (one wheel was broken off completely). United gave me a voucher to come here and get it replaced. Great customer service and plenty of choices. Now i have a new suitcase - Samsonite - that's as good as, or better than, my previous one. I would take my luggage here if it ever needs to be repaired. Parking is a bit awkward if there are more than 6 cars in the parking lot.

I spent weeks trying to reach TravelPro directly to order spinners for my luggage. I felt frustrated and disappointed that I couldn’t get them to call back or return email messages.

Customer Service was fantastic. Friendly Professional and knowledgeable!! I dropped off 2 Travel Pro items to have wheels replaced came back a week later and could not be happier. I take very good care of my luggage. I travel often and have put a lot of miles on those wheels and the cost involved in having to replace those pieces would have been over 500.00. I travel back and forth monthly between my property in Upstate NY and Wesley Chapel. On this trip I was transferring items and used my largest piece of luggage. After I arrived, I went to open said luggage and the combination that was in my records didn't work, nor did a dozen other combs I tried. I found Luggage Service from the Samsonite website and drove to their shop. I was impressed, this is a huge operation with all kinds of luggage for sale along with an extensive array of services. Eric examined my combination lock and with the precision of a locksmith had it open in a couple of minutes, yea I was impressed. While I was there I observed customers coming and going, all satisfied! This will be my go to store for all my future luggage needs.

Eric was so generous with my luggage situation. He even offered a loaner on my delsey, while the handle was being fixed. Such a joy to meet professionals with kindness while dealing with broken luggage that I damaged. Would highly recommend this store for any & all traveling needs.

Bob & company can repair any leather item and or any suitcase or travel accessory. this company has been in business for over 100 years and it shows the experience and attention to detail exceeds anyone else in the business.
they have repaired sailbags, belts and wallets for us successfully and at a fair price.
You would be hard-pressed to find Craftsman like these guys anywhere in the area.
