The associates here are always very helpful and very nice. I'm always impressed with their knowledge of all the games and systems, and how well they interact with both kids and adults alike.

Whenever my eleven year old son wants to know about a new game I just bring him to Gamestop and we ask the Pros. Same thing if I want advice on what new game to buy, I just ask for a recommendation and they never let me down.

Excellent service provided! I was easily given clear direction and rang up, I was so enthralled by my shopping experience that I easily signed up with the Rewards program again just for how well the staff was in getting my purchases together. I recommend this location to anyone who wants an easy going shopping experience.

Went in there to buy my son in law a game for his switch. Easy peasy.the sales person was helpful an pleasant.

So there's two GameStop's in the Florida Mall, one near JCPenney and the other near Shake Shack which is the one I like the best because not only do they have better inventory and more of it but mostly because the customer service here. It's really good. I probably drive by half a dozen of them just to come to this one and the mall. I'm not even going to talk about the one near JCPenney.

I came up in retail and can totally appreciate the customer service. Enough that I've made several big tix purchases here. Attentive and ambitiously helpful without being pushy wins my attention.

And just like other reviewers have said, they're bustling with customers and crowded with lots of stacked out merch. Busy, busy, busy.

Excellent customer service, David was wonderful & great to work with. The store is clean, well stocked, and the staff rock. They helped me out & showed me games I wasn't aware we're coming out.

This GameStop has by far been the most knowledgable and helpful. Not only did they help out with recovering my partner's Pro account but the leader, CJ, was also very helpful and kind when it came to selling our Nintendo Switch. We had lost the AC Adapter and nowhere else would take it, but CJ made it work for us and helped get us the money we needed. She was genuinely kind and a true help during a rough time.

Now, being an avid gamer, my opinion may appear a bit biased, but trust me when I say this: GameStop. Is. Amazing!
Yes, I know, physical media in the gaming industry is currently dying, with the most popular games being digital only releases, but GameStop is still home to some of the the best deals for games and consoles that you'll have a hard time finding anywhere else.
Not a gamer? No problem! GameStop also excels in the sale of electronics and accessories at affordable prices. They even sell clothes based on "geek" culture icons.
In conclusion, whether you're a gamer looking for their newest game, you're just trying to experience an older game again, or are even just looking for a gift for that special gamer in your life, GameStop is the best place to go.

I visited both locations at the Florida Mall and they were both great. Getting a new gaming system can be a bit confusing the first store recommended a variety of games based on the type of games I like. And helped explain what Backwards Compatible. When I found the game I wanted at the second store I was informed it wasn't (bc) but they took the time to print me a list of every game that was. This is what I call service.

I pretty much want to buy everything. We went to the one in the Florida mall on December 23rd, and the staff was incredibly nice and patient with customers even though it was insanely busy. Awesome employees and merchandise!

I've never shopped at this store, but feel the need to give massive Kudos to a young man named Kree (sorry if I mispelled). Today 12/29/2018 we went to the FL Mall for unrelated shopping around 5pm a fight ensued at the Food Court & there was massive chaos all over the place. When I finally was able to reach my family which was sheltered at another store we had to wait for police & 1st responders to help people that were hurt. Around 30 to 45 mins after the 1st incident a second round of "shots" (around 10 fast pops) went of again, this time we were able to exit through a service door & hid behind a dumpster. Then comes this amazingly selfless young man & seeing us in distress offered to help us, because my 8 yrs old grandchild couldn't run as fast as we could he asked if he could carry her to safety. Kree protected us like we were family, escorted us far away from the situation & then went back to try and help others and his colleagues. We have not enough words to praise this young man's selfless act. I hope one day I can meet with him again and thank him personally. Thanks Kree from the bottom of our hearts.

Didn’t get the name but our cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable about Pokémon, offering insight and suggestions for other items we might like!

The customer service was amazing not only did he know what he was talking about he was very helpful with describing some features of the game for me amazing 5 stars.
