I drive past other UPS stores to come here. They care about their customers and provide excellent service. I bring store returns, when I need notary services and more. Just worth it to go somewhere nice!

Store is clean and we'll light. The owner operator was their and he was very pleasent. Quick and efficient.

As a small business I must say the professionalism and communication is top notch! They take great care in notifying me when packages arrive and are fantastic to work with. Also very friendly staff. 👍👍👍

They've done a lot of shipping of valuable family heirlooms for me this year, and they have been a pleasure to work with. Everything has been handled professionally and with perfect results. They are kind and great customer service. I felt comfortable with their Covid protocols as well. Also they have good greeting cards.

I had a tiny problem while sending a package recently. I almost panicked because after 2 days the tracking number I was given was not showing up on UPS' website. I called and was told that the tracking number was accidentally changed after my receipt but before the package was sent out. Mike and his staff put me at ease immediately. I appreciate what they do, and taking care of their customers! I'll definitely be back.

I had a very complicated shipping request which involved using dry ice. The owner and his son (I believe) were extremely patient with me and did everything they could to help me through this process. They calculated how much dry ice I would need, how long it would stay cold and therefore, which shipping method would be best. They also worked very hard to find the least expensive way to ship. They took care of all the packing which was very time consuming and it arrived safely and intact to its destination exactly when they said. And, the dry ice was still cold!! I am so grateful for their help! Excellent work! 5+ stars!!

They make it so easy to do my amazon returns and very nice guy who run its I drive further to go to this ups because of the customer service here. Highly recommend

Amazing and most kind people ever. Really helpful when shipping my items. Customer service is the best. They treated my package with care and even answered any questions I had.

Usually I go to USPS, but because of Hurricane Dorian, they were closed today. I went to UPS today and had a worker named Akshar help me. He offered to call me to make sure my package was safe for delivery after being dropped off due to the hurricane confusion. He kept his promise and ended up calling me. His professionalism and determination to satisfy customers has won me into doing business with UPS instead of USPS.

Very Friendly staff. The were extremely helpful and even went out of their way to help get my box out of the car.

Little known fact: They also accept USPS packages (drop-off) which helped me avoid the super busy post office.

Excellent service for my multiple Amazon returns. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind and helped me troubleshoot my label and return code needs to ensure my packages shipped correctly. I'll be back!
