I've been coming to this location for years and today 2/29/24 I picked up my copy of FF7 Rebirth, I apologize but i forgot the name of the employee but she had frizzy hair and a beautiful Australian accent.

She was so nice and offered me a Tears of the Kingdom plaque for free which was supposed to be a pre order bonus from when it came out a year ago. (I completely forgot about that when I picked it up) and I was so happy!

I just want to say this woman is so passionate about video games and is excellent at her job! I think she is the best employee at this location, she is knowledgable, thoughtful, kind and has great communication skills. I would love to see her get a raise or a promotion because she ABSOLUTELY deserves it! 😃

I mean, it had everything in stock. The employees were nice without being overbearing and nagging about membership. They actually informed me about how I was about to lose my points on December the first and then used my points to get me a discount. For what it is, this store has everything you could ever want.

GameStop is a great place to buy games and new and upcoming games. Plus discounted items. Though disappointed, they didn't have steam cards, searched all over the stores and online, and had been sold out.

I had the best help from yeliz today for helpping me get my preorder for a game i purchased before. she knows what shes doing and know and knows what to do i will forever come to this gamestop if i need anything

So I wanted to say that the Store Assistant Manager Lizette last night was amazing and very helpful she help me figure out how to buy games that are fun for my six year old daughter and she got me on the buy two and get one free. She has great customer service skills I seen since I moved down here. Very friendly and even though we was wearing a mask I know the whole time she was smiling and was very sweet. Thank you for the great customer service Lizette you was great .

Today I came in to the store just walking around and this work was so sweet and nice and I told her I was just looking around but she was giving me great customer service because even though I can say I didn’t buy anything she was talking to me and telling me what I need to know what’s coming out .

I could say I just moved down here but she really made me feel welcome in the store. She was loud when I came in when she welcome me but she was really nice would come back to this store again .

I love game stop. Have been going for years to buy my grandson cards and sometimes also for my son. The people that work there are helpful and very courteous. Great place to shop and not just for gift cards!!

It was longer than expected but lack of Xbox one x in inventory was not expected. They took care of me the best way they could and i was satisfied. And yes I still got the Xbox x. Trolling the other associate because he bought the the last one was rather entertaining. All in all, I'll be back for future trades. Best experience at GameStop.

The new store manager is so nice! She makes you feel so welcomed in her store, treating you as her guest and she makes you feel at home. People like her are what I love about GameStop.

Always a friendly, courteous, helpful staff member available each time you stop inside. They are very game savvy and can help you with just about any question under the sun. They have a good selection of games and can help you pick something out if you need help.i would recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

This Team always goes above and beyond whether we're spending $5 or $500.
A+ customer service... plenty of places that can learn from Gamestop in general and trust me; they deal with the most finicky of customers.

Fast, friendly and helpful girl helped me out.

Adam helped me at this location through a very frustrating situation trying to find an xbox one x scorpio edition several months back.
I called to reserve one for myself, but then person misheard me and thought I wanted a standard edition xbox one x. Well this situation unfolded in the store after making the purchase, as I wasn't aware of the edition I had purchased until we had already created the transaction.
However, Adam called me the following day and had a scorpio edition left and held for me. He also gave me a game for the inconconvenience. This was very thoughtful.
After this, I am sure to recommend this location to everyone and especially appreciate Adam's level of attention to customer service.
