Yesterday Ryan was a big help to me that started with my key fab to my car Ryan was very professional and has great customer service wanted to let you know what a great employee he is

Our battery was under warranty and sadly, it was defective. Richard (manager) cheerfully instructed his team to replace it. Juan replaced it - with a smile - and ran a few extra tests to make sure that’s all that was wrong.

It was and we were out the door fast and with a smile. Great job gents!!

Driving along last month my car kept stopping and then completely would not start up again. When I lifted the hood a piece of the air intake hose was missing leaving a big hole (and too much air). I did a quick patch job with a can lid I had found and went to this O'Reilly location. Cameron did a wonderful job helping me out. Got me the right part and went above and beyond by doing a 3 minute install. (Don't worry the store was slow and other workers said they'd watch the registers). I know it's late, but thank you so much Cameron (and the random shopper there) for helping me not break the bank with this and getting me to work the next morning without trouble. I've been riding on it since and it's worked beautifully!

I've had consistently great service and helpful employees at this location. Today I had a warranty issue with some headlight bulbs and the assistant manager on duty made it a quick and painless process he checked my old bulbs checked my receipt and gave me new bulbs with no hassle. They even helped me replace one of them which was stuck and hard to remove.

Pretty fast with getting online orders

We were doing the brakes on a Jeep and discovered that some previous person had replaced one of the bolts that holds the bracket that the caliper attaches to with a much longer one with odd nuts as spacers. It was the weekend and no one had one in stock. O'Reilly was the only store to make the effort to get us one that day. They looked it up and found a listing that we believed was correct and we were told he could have it in store in just a few hours. We were told if it was the wrong one they would just put it in their inventory. We crossed our fingers and went home to do the rest of the job to the point we could.
A few hours later we went back and they had the part in hand. I matched it to an original and it was perfect.
In this day it is hard to find people that are willing to go above and beyond to help and we were thrilled to find them here. I will definitely shop here first the next time I need parts.

Went to O'Reilly to get some wiper blades for my grandmothers older Ford Focus. Mike the sales guy was probably the most helpful auto guy I have ever met. He helped my dad and I figure out the strange wiper blades that were required, the odd way they connect (it was not the normal type) and did it all with a smile and great attitude. Even though he was a Bears fan (Packer fan here), I would recommend anyone to go to this O'Reilly. Top notch service!!!

Jose just saved our family’s life!! Thanks so much for all the hospitality, the information and the help! Jose caught a HUGE problem with our truck that we would never have caught while on our last day of vacation! He very possibly saved all our lives and prevented our truck from exploding!! I haven't been able to stop in there yet, but something has to be good about this place if they open within blocks of two other major auto parts stores. Just wish I checked on any grand opening sales before my tuneup last week. I'll definitely try them out soon.
