They were very helpful, explaining deals that we did not know we’re happening Helped us every inch of the way I wish we came here first before we went to the one in Margaritaville The store was fully stocked and they had everything we need, unlike the T-Mobile in Margaritaville They even explain to us how T-Mobile would help pay our Netflix And a bunch of other benefits that we did not know or was not aware of they made it clear unlike the T-Mobile in Margaritaville

Made an appointment and got a call from Jose who not only confirmed my appointment but did research to find ways to save me money on my account. The Customer Service was on point and when I arrived eventhough it was my first time at this location it felt like it was my regular neighborhood T-mobile. Wether local or just in town for a few this is an amazing place for service.

We recently went to T-Mobile and «José» (Mobile Expert), He sold us an iPhone offer that included the latest AirPods, wireless cable and regular cable, the prices were good but the best was the service towards us, he is Bilingual, he speaks English and Spanish, he is very friendly and just by entering the store he takes care of you. Thanks for everything!

I went into this store and all I can say great customer service! I had a representative that assisted me, I think I seen her name was Janiah. She did such a great job being very detailed with providing me with the information I needed. She took her time and was very patient! Great services provided!

Absolutely incredible service at this location!!!! Jason and Bryan are impressive knowledgeable professionals who went absolutely above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Cannot say enough positive things about this location and the service we received, not to mention the service I watched them provide others with compassion and empathy.
Not all TMobile locations are the same, stick with this location and ask for Jason or Bryan.

Was looking for good internet in an RV park. I was using Jabba (which is a nightmare)!! Bryan recommended T mobiles 5G home internet. It honestly took me 10 minutes to plug in and connect to my smart TV, iPad, phone and Alexa. Works great. Streaming TV uploading photos to Dropbox, (photographer here) all working fine. 50$ per month for unlimited internet!!! Awesome!!! Thanks Bryan! Bye bye Jabba…..the Hut!

Very helpful for Canadians...great service

I have been having problems with T-Mobile for a long time and we are always calling and complaining. Today I was so upset that I decided to go to the store to cancel the 4 lines we have. We arrived there and were so well attended that it made me rethink. Graciano, what an excellent service and promptness. It was time for him to leave and he stayed with us for an hour. The only good thing about T-Mobile is this employee.

Our experience with Yaris was amazing, she was super kind and patient. Her customer service was exceptional, there need to be people like her at all the T-Mobile stores. She was willing to work with us to figure out the best solution, so we could leave the T-Mobile store with a working phone. Yaris customer service was phenomenal !

The assistant manager Yaris from this location was awesome. She went above and beyond in getting a phone that wasn’t in stock. She was great in keeping her promise in calling me the day after letting me know that the phone was in. We need more people like Yaris to be working in customer service for her excellent service. I never leave reviews but this time I truly think it is necessary. Ingrid went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and understood everything about my billing. Excellent customer service must be recognized and appreciated. Sadly not in all places I received such extraordinary customer service. It was totally unexpected. Loved the entire experience. I visited this store the other day because I was in the area and had some questioned about my billing. A nice young lady named Ingrid was so welcoming and attentive. Thank you Ingrid for making me feel so appreciated as a customer. I promised I would leave you a review sorry it took me a minute to do so. Thank you Angel for the exceptional customer service!! I moved over from Sprint and he patiently helped me open new lines as well as get the best deals for phones! He was very easy to talk to and broke down everything for me so I could understand it all. Thanks again! Happy I made the switch to T-Mobile :)

Julienn was so great to work with on getting everything switched over from our other provider. Everyone I spoke with was super nice and knowledgeable. Great experience in the phone store. I usually hate going into phone stores because it takes forever. I was in and out in under an hour.

Yaris and Andrew did an amazing job working with me to change my SIM cards, even though they were locked. They spent extra time to get it done, even though I wasn’t buying anything today, and they never pressured me to buy anything. I will definitely be back, and highly recommend this store!

Very helpful! Jose helped me and gave me a good deal. They were short handed but it didn't effect to service that I received. I felt like I got a good deal and information that he gave me. I would recommend coming to this t mobile but to get there early if you're coming in on a Sunday.
