SO THANKFUL for Horizons! I needed a post op shoe and they were the only company that could help me same day. We all need to remember to shop small and local when we can, having this store matters to a lot of people!

I went in not knowing what my grandmother needed for her recent surgery and they helped me get the right supplies. Their staff is very friendly and show a real interest in helping out their customers. I even called them back a month later to get a copy of the receipt and they quickly found it and emailed it to me. Their knowledgeable about the different products they sell and take the time to make sure you understand everything before you walk out the door.

I took a trip to Orlando through Delta, I traveled with a friend who needed a wheelchair and to my bad luck Delta does not lend or rent wheelchairs to take out of the airport. Thanks to a referral I was able to contact Horizon Medical Supplies in Orlando and I was able to rent through them. I am so grateful for there help. Thanks Horizons! We enjoyed aware vacation!!!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Joyce took the time to measure me to ensure the right fit and even ordered one in the color I wanted that they didn't have in stock at that moment, to have it delivered to my home. Great store with lots of supplies for your medical needs.

Horizon Medical Supplies are very up to date on their merchandise. The employees are very friendly. I had an issue with my ins to receive free compression socks. Although ins would cover, but could not find someone who would deliver my socks. Also I did not know my size. So Horizon took measurement. Excellent service!

Worked with this business recently when I had some pretty serious surgery. They were very nice and easy to work with. Rented a wheelchair for a month. It was in very good quality if not brand new and worked very well. And, as things can go with surgery, I ended up needing the chair for longer than I thought. They were very flexible with the extension of the rental. Prices very fair, and they are great to work with. I will need another surgery in a year or so and will be renting with them again for certain.

I wish we moved from South Florida and leaving Medical Supplies did not know where to go. I was given the name of Horizon Medical Supplies and I called to see if they could help me.
They ordered what I needed, called me when it arrived in their store. I picked up my items today and was met with Hugh smiles and great customer service.
They are my new place to go.

Great service and very knowledgeable of your medical needs! Dr. Castro is the owner and will personally make sure you get everything you need! If they do not have they will special order most supply if needed. I highly recommend coming here for your medical supply needs, I have been to others, but this one is highly specialized with a large inventory and very professional layout. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied for what I needed! I will be back!

Friendly environment, caring personnel, clean and organized store. They are costumer-centered. They will always order any item requested if they don't have it in store or even suggest another place that may have it if it's urgent and can't wait for shipment. 5 stars no doubt!!!

Needed Aquacel AG and Iodoform Packing Gauze right before a business trip. They immediately ordered it and had it next day!!! Excellent customer service and speedy turnaround time.
