Needed a new phone power cord. I thought I would have to pay a lot of money. Went into the cricket store on Genesee. Roy help me out fast and efficiently at no cost. Love this store. Thank you Roy!!!

paid $10 to add hotspot. later that day, line was suspended, and my billing cycle ended. $10 hotspot fee was due for next 30 days and re was talking about charging a $15 reactivation fee.

So friendly and accommodating. I had to wait, but the employee gave me a deal on services I was asking about in order to make up for it. Definitely left satisfied.
