Great experience overall. Wonderful staff that allowed me to take my time and chose a bike based on my needs. They didn't push for a sale or even try to influence my decision. Carissa and Malcomb were extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff and their knowledge are wonderful. They help anyway they can and trust me when they say don't buy a bike where you buy groceries they mean it.

Love the bike so far. I just want to give kudos to Katherine at the Daphne shop who helped me set the bike up, and worked with me, explaining why changing the seat geometry does what it does and how to feel it and figure it out. She also helped me pick out some pedals and grips, which were the perfect addition to the bike. When she made adjustments, she explained what she was doing. I could tell she took care to make the adjustments precisely and was careful around the paint of the bike, all with finesse and speed. Impressive! I never felt like she was bothered to help, in fact, quite the opposite and seemed to share in my excitement of my new purchase.

I recently bought a Verve 1 Disc bike from Infinity Bike Shop and the guys were very friendly and professional, they explained everything and were really knowledgeable. They have a lot of bikes at this location, including the E-Bikes,and there is a good variety of each. Nothing is too expensive for what it looks like, they're very honest with their prices. The shop is clean and orderly and in a nice area. It was easy to find with Google Maps.
I would recommend this bike shop over all the other Infinity (and other bike shops for sure) locations in the area, especially for picking up a new bike.

Wonderful service and great product. I love riding again! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and together, we found the right match for my riding needs, including a great carrier for my constant companion, a tiny Maltese. The bike is simple to use and easily adjusts to any kind of terrain. I have already recommended Infinity Bicycles to several friends and hope they buy an electric bike so we can go on group rides together.

Service was amazing and Micheal was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes we needed. Went over and beyond to help me get the right bikes for my twins, had them shipped in and even held them at the store for me so we could surprise them on their birthday. Very happy and encourage anyone looking for a bike or any questions on bikes to visit. Thanks for all the help guys.

Gary and his team are incredible. I’ve had them assemble 2 custom bikes and both turned out beautifully. Plus their willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything turns out perfect. I really appreciate their vast knowledge and eye for detail. Would highly recommend them for everything bike related.

I had the pleasure of working with Audrey at the Daphne location when I was there visiting. She was absolutely WONDERFUL! She not only helped me pick out a bike to rent(over the phone) but she contacted as soon as she realized that bike already had a prior reservation. We switched bikes and she was great during the entire process. The store was very busy when I arrived but she never appeared flustered, I could tell great customer service was a priority there.
I’ll definitely use them with future visits!

I had an excellent experience at Infinity Bicycles in Daphne. From figuring out what Trek model would be right for me (Verve 2) to securing my bike on my car's bike rack for the two and 1/2 hour drive home, the team was amazing. They helped me every step of the way. They cared. They were kind, helpful and patient. And they knew their products. Thank you!

First and foremost, Mr. Gary, was an exceptional salesman. Not only was he polite but was willing to work with me so I could allocate the bike the next day. I never felt pressured and as far as accessories, he continuously asked on what my requirements were and navigated me to the proper accessories. In other words, he didn't try to up-sell me the most expensive equipment. Furthermore, he didn't pressure me into purchasing anything. He spent an entire hour explaining all questions I had. While I was putting the bicycle in my truck, he noticed I didn't have a bed liner to protect the bike from scratches or dings. He offered me some cardboard and cut it so I could put it under my bike for the ride home. I had to drive 140 miles to Infinity Bikes Daphne. What I purchase again from Infinity Bikes? Absolutely. Best bike shop I ever been to. Lastly, the entire staff at Infinity Bicycles was very courteous and welcoming.

This was our first time coming into the shop. We purchased indoor cycling shoes. The woman who helped us was phenomenal, very knowledgeable, and thorough. We got fitted and found the perfect shoes for our feet. It was a great experience! I highly recommend this shop, and we’ll be back for all of our cycling needs.
