I visited today, purchasing a storage cabinet. The disassembled item in box weighed about 194 lbs, so of course I needed assistance in getting it to my vehicle. Not one, but two employees were kind enough to carry it out on a flatbed & load it into the van for me. Thanks guys! Appreciate it.

The staff was very friendly, extremely helpful. Had trouble with an in store credit card that had trouble working but the supervisor gave it to us being our purchase was five bucks. We just had a key made. Thanks again to the guys who helped us out!

What an amazing experience at the Waterford Lowe's center. I was in need of supplies to repair master bedroom. I want to recognize the Lowe's team members that went out of their way to go as far as to even assisting me in loading the my cart with all the heavy items. I also need assistance in selecting tools for the installation. And they gave me options. and one of the tools they did not have in stock, and they went out of their way to make sure that I was able to locate the tool. I want to thank Mr.Cole, Mr Kevin, Mr Sam and Mr Eddy. They worked like a pit stop at Nascar to address my repair concerns. Mr. Sam, oversaw my entire shopping experience and made sure that I was extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend Lowe's at Waterford lakes for your next Do it yourself project.
They also offer contractor services. Thank you again, Lowe's for being there in my time of need with my home repairs.

Lowe's have a really good selection of appliances, and hardware items peread. If you need to call the appliance parts 800, the number ending in 8160, proceed with caution. I had a hard time trying to return an utem i didn't use. I knew the 30-day return had passed, but the email receipt stated I had 45 days to return the item. I had 7 more days to send back and get a partial refund. The rep I spoke to was trying to convince me I wouldn't have enough time to return it. I sent the package via priority USPS. The item was pricey, so it was worth it. It would arrive at Lowe s Industrial Park address in NY in 3 days before the deadline. And i requested a signature to prove it got there by or before the deadline. I won't use the number for appliance parts. Otherwise, my local store provides great service

Lowe’s has been our go to store for all our home improvement needs. The customer service team has been exceptional! Shout out to Quinn and Agnes who have been super helpful!

I went there on 10/24/23 looking for a threaded pole at a specific length that wasn’t provided typically, and I asked one of the store associates by the name of Ronnie (I believe?) for help. I asked if there was a metal cutter that could cut it down to the size I needed and even though it wasn’t readily available in the store, he went out of his way to help me cut it to the perfect size. This was also 30 minutes before closing time, and I didn’t want to ask too much of him or cause a burden. I’ve worked retail in the past so I know what that’s like… but he never made me feel like I was causing him any trouble and was so thorough and kind. This guy deserves a raise!!!

Shei @ the pro desk was amazing. She helped in store and also able to help me get a Lowe’s card so I can pay after my job pays me. Amazing staff and store. Highly recommended! 😊

I visited Lowe's last Tuesday looking for some mirror cutting. The three pieces that I was looking for were customized and the gentleman who took care of me did an amazing job! Excellent customer service, price, and I walked out of the store very satisfied! For this reason I gave them 5 stars! Here in the pictures you can see the mirrors in my cabinet!

Usually wind up at Lowe's after visiting Home Depot and not finding what I am looking for. Home Depot advertises Brondell bidet toilet seat but doesn't have any in stock. Lowe's had many selections available.

Went in to this Lowe’s for a lock for my mobile home window. It was a long shot but they did not have it but tried like crazy to find it and they did but unfortunately you had to order 10 of them per order. But I thank Bradley for all his help.

I came to get paint would my two year old and found four people waiting 15 minutes into waiting about five more customers came in a person helping customers in the paint department was still hoping that first person so I called for help to assist the person hoping in the manager came and said yes how can I help, I believe his name is Rodney, he was multitasking between customers and making sure everybody was taken care of. He made really good suggestions based on my needs just overall great experience. at Lowe’s and this manager is fostering great environment and definitely leading by example.

Exchanged burned out LED bulb with receipt, no problem. Got help at the paint counter, very good advice. We love our chandeliers that we bought there last year when we renovated the kitchen! We used soft white LED in the dining area and daylight LED in the kitchen.
