Friendly employees. Found parking fast. Easy exchange. Very organized store. Clean and neat during the holidays. I wish they had more Miami Dolphins and Gators attire. I went to exchange an item I bought online for my husband for Christmas but he bought himself exactly the same item. Online you carry MLB items. In the store there was nothing. I was looking for Texas Rangers Championship attire. But, I got a Miami Dolphins T-shirt.

Cool store, lots of neat stuff,they have lots of deals, clean store,and relaxing atmosphere! That's important to me because Orlando is becoming loud ,people need to relax and slow down!

Chachy is very professional. Has giving the best customer service. She goes above and beyond for her customer. Thank you for all you do.

I ordered a firearm online to be picked up at the store. It arrived on time & the gentleman behind the counter in the firearms dept, I think his name was "Larry" was the nicest guy you could ever meet....firearm and ammo prices are great, no need to be looking all over the internet, just go to Academy....also has huge amount of inventory

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a pair of shoes that I ordered for pick up and they ended up having to reorder them. Ryan was incredibly helpful in expediting the process and went above and beyond to take care of me. I have always loved Academy, but this experience will make me a loyal customer for life. My 1st time here, and I had a great experience. I'd checked online prior to visit so had an idea of which rain boots I was looking for. The store was clean and well organized so I quickly found what I came for, in stock and in my size. The clearance area was impressive, and I found a shoe cleaner on sale that made it an even better deal than a certain online retailer. Very pleased, will be back.

Curbside pick up worked great! Unfortunately the kneepads didn't fit so we ended up going in the store after all. The exchange was effortless. Very nice and helpful staff at this location which helped me part with more 💰. My granddaughter is now fully outfitted for volleyball 🏐.

My favorite sporting goods store. They always have what I need, and the sales online are awesome. Catch the sale quick because stuff goes fast.

Best deal in town I have found for BBQ supplies! Their wood is even cheaper than Walmart, which is impressive. I got the exact same maple wood chunk bag ($5.99) for less than half the price that it was at Ace Hardware ($12.99)!

The prices are very good when they have deals in every department you can find on a flyer at the front walking in. Huge selection of grills & Smoker/bbq. I found the staff to be honest about inventory when I was looking to buy the product from the website and it was sold out in store. They said come back the following day called me & had it waiting for me on Christmas eve I got the last one. Outstanding customer service.

Lots of nice things there you have to go because there are different kinds of sports. You would have to see for yourselves.

Got some incredible golf shoes from my husband they were on sale lol they rang up six dollars! Oh my God, not kidding and the service was terrific. I wish I could remember my girls name but boy she had a lot of patience!

Great sporting store for all your sporting needs.

One of the few sporting good stores that sell guns and ammo still. I have no idea why anyone would call themselves a sporting goods store when they don’t even sell the equipment necessary for the sport. Great prices on shoes and t shirts that are non branded. I get most of my fishing rods here as well. Store is always looking clean and organized as well.

Personally. I like this place. Even tho it's not where I'd go to get the best prices, but it's where I'd go when I want to find something that most stores don't carry, the staff is absolutely inviting, and always helpful. Some times you have to pay more just for the premium experience, and that's what I've had, every visit. Great store, good prices, definitely check it out! The online shopping is incredible intuitive, and works well with the in store experience, also. Good stuff! I would give it 4.5 stars, but that's not an option, so I rounded up :)

Great price on the store better that I expect

This is the only place I recommend getting your fishing license from. They're extremely helpful. Even called the FWC to make the process easier! This place is the greatest

This is my main store when I need to buy anything related to sprots for me and for the family. The store is very big and have so many options of everything that I love going there. By the way, the same one that I go for the past 7 years. The camping stuff are amazing as well. Really like this store.
