I went to this location positive I wanted a starter. Was approached by Sarah, she started asking questions about what was going on with the car. Told her my car wants a starter, it's not starting and I was being very rude too tbh. She asked if i had difficulty starting the ignition? If I got a chance to hunk the horn? If the car had any electrical malfunctions going on? I said let me talk to a man because women don't know nothing about cars. She gave a smile and pointed to a Jamaican man next to her on the other computer. He said he understood my concern because he is just like that too. Don't take certain advice from females. He then went on the computer to find the starter that my car uses. The great Sarah intervene AGAIN. She said Glenn, can you please go outside and check his battery. Which he did. To my surprise the car wanted a battery and not a starter, I felt so ashamed. When I went back inside to purchase the battery instead, She had that same smile. I told her thanks . Her reply was you're most welcome sir, that's what I'm here for. I had another problem about 3 days after with another car of mine. I tried to go straight to her but she was busy on the commercial side of the store this time. I waved to her and she waved back. I'm sorry for doubting you Sarah. Wanted to say that in person but didn't get the chance to.

Shaquesha was so nice! Give that girl a raise, she saw my husband shopping for oil and asked he needed help finding a filter. Great customer service.

Sheena the deliver driver and sales associate, is the best she's on it every time, fast, reliable and nice. and so helpful...

Initially I was going to give this store a 1 🌟 but Sarah changed my whole mood when she stepped through the door. She asked me how was I doing and if I was being helped by anyone with the most welcoming smile. My mechanic sent me to get a rotor I ended up buying brakes, 2 rotors, cleaner and something else I forget the name now. My mechanic said I needed all the things she gave me. I changed my mechanic because if it wasn't for her I would be in the same situation. My car is running perfectly and my brakes is quiet and sharp now just like it should be.

On December 31, 2021 my grandson who was visiting from NC, lost the battery charge for his car. We visited your store and were assisted by Margaret M Commercial Driver Customer Satisfaction. She cheerfully and graciously went above and beyond our expectations to assist us in recharging his battery. If you need a poster person to represent customer service and the Autozone image, Margaret would be an excellent choice! Please accept our appreciation for Margaret’s help!

Ruben Rangel took care of a problem that another store manager couldn’t resolve he when an extra mile and demonstrated excellent customer I care values. This store is not close to me but I don’t mind driving there just knowing that the service is superior. I also called the regional manager to let him know what happened to me so it won’t happened again to anybody and to inform him that Ruben resolved the problem with his excellent service and knowledge.

The ladies here are amazing. The store was busy when i first got there but they worked hard to help everyone out quickly. I came to just return a part but when i went back outside my car wouldn't start. They above and beyond to help me and get me going again. Liz (the manager) was a multitasking pro and the other ladies (sorry i forgot their names) were just as professional and helpful.

I’ve got the best customer service ever! The manager of the store-Joel -is so kind ! He took care of every one on the line(was very busy). This kind of stores need more people like him. By the way,the store was so clean and organized and they employees were wearing pretty uniforms. I thought that as a woman it would be harder for me to ask for something for my car in a store that is more for men.

I had a smooth experience at this location thanks to Mr. Travoy Flores. Great service and excellent hospitality. Unfortunately this isn’t the store he works at and was helping on his off time, sounds like a man going above and beyond with a smile no matter the circumstance. Kudos to Travoy!

Came to this Autozone for a battery change, and the store’s manager Jevon gave us excellent customer service. He did his best to find the best deal without compromising quality, and was very friendly while changing out the car’s battery. Overall, I would highly recommend this Autozone to my friend’s and family because of Jevon’s excellent customer service and dedication to help others.

Terrence was so awesome. My battery was done for and had to be replaced. I couldn't even turn my vehicle off as it wouldn't have cranked back up. He confirmed the issue was the battery...and proceeded to spend a knuckle scraping hour to replace it for me. The newer GM vehicles have a real Frankenstein thing going on with the worst battery placement (real tight space) coupled with a crazy amount of bolts to mount it in place. He had to lift the nearly 50 pound battery with his fingertips to jimmy it into place. He was a life saver. Give the man a promotion! His customer service is outstanding and he kept a smile despite having to deal with a devil of a battery swap during the last hour the store was open. Terrence, if you see this, thanks again for your help!!

Liz and Robert both are amazing!! Very helpful and friendly! I pass by at least 4 AutoZone from my house to go to this particular one. They are Very knowledgeable and have the best customer service skills I have seen in a long time!!

I was stranded in Orlando and couldn’t find a starter so I called every AutoZone listed and none of them had it in stock except this store! I was aggravated as ever by the time I made it to the store, once inside the guys welcomed me and helped me quickly. I was expressing how terrible my day was going and Demetrius and Carter listened and gave encouraging words. By the time I left the store I was laughing and feeling a little better. Thank you Carter!! Thank you Demetrius!! Y’all made me feel better
