I Bought a 75 inch t.v today. The T.V is amazing, but the service I received was more amazing. Steve helped me load the T.V into my car, which was not easy, but he didn't give up until we got it into my vehicle. I tried to tip Steve, but he refused and told me to donate it to a children's hospital. I will definitely continue to shop at Walmart and recommend Steve to all my friends looking to purchase any electronic devices at the San Jose Wal-Mart in Jacksonville.

Over the past year the store has done a big reorganization throughout. Staff working is very friendly, helpful and professional. It’s always a fun and refreshing shopping experience when the aisles are neat and there’s plenty of room to zoom around with a shopping cart! A nice value section with super affordable buys is now located near the pharmacy area. Always great deals to be found in the clearance sections too! Happy shopping y’all!

It’s everything I look for when getting the stuff I regularly need. Fair prices that are often the lowest in town for the same quality goods. There’s other places that I could go, but why would I? I know what to expect, the goods are always in stack, the prices are good, and it’s just a great place to shop!

I have had nothing but good experiences at this Walmart. Everything is always neat and clean. There is always great assistance in the self-checkout lanes.

It was late and I needed to pick up a very specific tank with a exchange, The duty manager was great,outstanding customer service support.

One of the oldest Walmarts in Jacksonville, can’t say much other than a great store, great deals, and the staff are generally nice but not all. They are quick at delivery from the store.

I love my local Walmart's. I think they get a bum rap as the saying goes. My store is always clean, friendly cashiers and prices are mostly always better than other retail stores.

I used to work at Walmart back in 2004 as a cashier and over night stocker when I lived in my hometown Valdosta Georgia and I must say I loved working for Walmart because they offered me plenty of ways to also grow up in and become a huge part of the company as well outside of just working for them which I'm looking forward to working for and with them again in whatever position they have open that I am a qualifying match for because I really do love me some Walmart.

Who knew that Walmart has a health clinic on site? Not just a small clinic room. An entire BIG medical clinic offering dental, primary care, counseling & lab. Middleburg location, maybe others?
They take insurance, but I used a service without insurance that was at least 50% off what I'd expect to pay elsewhere.

This store, like most Walmarts, had what I sought and was able to get in, and out, quickly.

Definitely our goto store, at least once a week. Always have what we are looking for.

First, I must say that I rated Team Lead Lisa a 1 star by accident. It should have been a 5 star. Lisa has the best customer service ever! She made sure to greet me when I approached her as well as the customer in front of me. Believe it or not I do pay attention to that. Thank you Lisa for great customer service 👏🏽

Clean, organized and relatively easy to navigate. Employees are helpful and polite! 👍😉
