Golf Pro Bill was very knowledgeable and passionate about all things golf. Helped get my Driver reset and changed out my grips in just a few minutes. Overall great experience ! Coming back for new clubs since I just found out it includes the fitting!

Bought a heavy treadmill. They allowed me to measure the box to see if it would fit and helped me load it. They were helpful even working out pros and cons. Great customer service

Josh went above and beyond to help make it a great experience. I was really having difficulties with a return. Thank you again for making a difficult scene much easier. Honorable mention goes to Mike at the register.....his assist will also help prevent this from happening again.

Amazing shopping experience!!! Jessica was very kind and helpful 🙏😀, but I feel the need to express my awe to Christine. Christine sold me my first pair of Brooks as I was browsing for running shoes for over 200lbs runners. I wasn’t sold by the product, as much for her knowledge anatomy and physiology. Been running over 200miles on the shoes she recommended me. Today she helped my daughter to buy her first running shoes!! She answered all her questions and even my 14y/o was impressed with her knowledge.

Was shopping for Gym goggles, and Bowling Gloves, lots of other sports gloves but no bowling. Service in the store was top notch, as we walked around checking this get your sports mojo rumbling cathedral, Each section person stepped up and asked if they could help. Salute awesome job everyone.

Great sporting store with a wide selection of sporting clothes, equipment and accessories. Prices are consistent of other sporting goods stores and great quality. Shelves are normally well stocked of every item and employees are usually very friendly and ready to assist you if you are in need of help.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff and a great selection make this an easy choice for sporting goods in the UCF area. I've spent a lot of time in their fishing department and I can say personally that the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, something you don't normally get at a big box store.

Bought multiple golf items here and every time the golf staff have been over the top helpful. Even though some times they're really busy, they always made sure I was being helped or others there were being helped. All around great experience.

The staff was very courteous, polite and professional. I had an exchange and they helped me get another item and gave me a discount due to another item they did not have. Charles was great and professional, I really appreciate great customer service, its hard to find these days.

Have bought many things here and everytime I was impressed with their sevice. Recently, I went in to speak to the manager, John about a canoe I purchased almost a year ago because I needed some manufacturer info that I did not have. He was able to contact the canoe's manufacturer and get me all the info that I needed very quickly and with a smile. This is why I like Dick's!

They were very polite and you could always find someone willing to help anytime I have been there. One of the nicest Of their stores I have been in and I have been to several across the country!!

Great experience, great selection. Went in to look at putters, and to speak with someone about club fitting. The guys in the golf section are wonderful, will definitely be going back.

Thanks I live in Windermere and was happy Ibwas on this side of town because the one near Millennia mall is not that great. Please switch employees lol.
