Always. Always... Have someone to assist that actually understands and can contribute to the solution whenever I had been in the store. Recently had an issue with the toilet off/on faucet replacement and Shawn provided 3 possible solutions. We left the store with one solution which ended up being the right solution. So appreciate the team at this location. Truly - helpful hardware people!!

I have always had a great experience locating items needed to complete my task. They have a professional courtesy staff to provide assistance in many household upgrades and repairs. I have purchased various products from paint, caulk, plumbing supplies, and yard equipment. They also provide service and replacement parts for Sthil power equipment. Additionally, it's a real-time saver selecting your product and moving forward with your task.

They have pretty much everything that home depot and Lowe's has and the prices are the same. since they're in my neighborhood it's better for me to shop there. I love them.

We want to thank Randy for assisting us in getting Big Green Egg. We moved from CA to FL and had this grill. Unfortunately with the move, we decided not to bring it.
Randy was helpful, knowledgeable with the product and made the sale a smooth one. He has assisted us in the past when we were in the store.
I would also like to knowledge the ladies at the front check out. They are always welcoming!
Also the two gentlemen who delivered the Big Green Egg with the cart. They somehow managed to bring it around our house to the pool area. They were great!

Very clean and organized store! Everything we needed and more just to browse. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Prices might be a bit higher on some things, but you'll save on gas by not going to the big stores.

My preferred Ace hardware store. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Gentleman quickly solved my problem and sold me the right battery. My husband and father in law have also received excellent service here. FYI - they can duplicate most of the difficult to duplicate vehicle keys here.

So, I bought my husband a Blackstone for Xmas, he’s one of those guys you can’t buy anything for because he either already has it or doesn’t need anything. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online first, so I cancelled and repurchased the correct one. I also had it assembled & delivered. I have to say, this was one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever made considering the size of the product & logistics. Everyone I spoke to on the phone along with the delivery driver were very nice and helpful. I live in Longwood, and much prefer the Hunt Club location. I’ll be driving to this location in the future for any/all Ace purchases. P.s.: the husband was very happy & surprised about the gift! Thank you!

These guys always seem to go the extra mile,,,, whatever it is. Sure they're not as big as HD & Lowes but they have pretty much everything I ever need and it's important to support independently owned places like this. These guys hooked me up today by cutting a couple of car transponder keys I bought on eBay,, quickly and for a very reasonable price. The simple little things like politeness and kindness cost nothing,,, but will always keep a regular Joe like me coming back.

About time!! Wow! I have lived in this area 25 yrs and finally this hardware store brings me back to my childhood. 40 years ago, walking in our local hardware store with my dad, on a mission to get some tool or device for our home improvement project. Dad wasn't super handy, but the staff at our little store would make the project easier when it was explained. The familiar faces at the register turn their heads and say "good afternoon, let us know if you need help". Just like this store. Sitting on a mat smiling was the owners dog, (soft and furry security that loves to be acknowledged), just like this store. Within a minute, a manager, owner or store employee would greet me down an aisle and ask if they can be of help. Same happened here.
This is customer service at it's finest. This Ace's Hardware has all my boxes checked and remembers the good ole days of being a real part of the community. Thanks for the great experience and many more to come.

The people at this ACE store are fabulous. Whether you go there during the day or right when they are about to close, there is always someone willing to provide assistance. Went there last night 15 mins before closing and was treated as if they just opened the store.

Our car key fobs decided to break within 2 weeks of each other, we took them to Ace to see if they could help after looking up how to fix/repair key fobs. They were amazing, ordered the new parts needed, 3 days later they were in; it took less than an hour for both fobs to be replaced by new ones, at a fraction of the cost we would have paid at the dealer. The staff there has been great since they opened up earlier this year, we've been there several times. We will continue to take our business there...i would give 10 stars if that was an option. Thanks Hunt Club Ace Hardware!!!!

Friendly service and hardware that the big box stores don't carry

I had a flat tire near the ace hardware and i called them up asking if they could help at all, they immediately sent someone to come put my spare on this store and it’s staff is the best! Thank you so much caesar!
