I just want to start off by saying this place has great customer service, each time I have gone in I have been greeted kindly and had my problem resolved quickly. I bought a new phone and the person who was selling it to me was Mr Cliff, he was great and very nice. He didn't try to sell me something super crazy but made some good recommendations. Would highly recommend going here if you have any problems or questions that need to be answered!

After I dropped my phone and then accidentally ran over it with my car...I went to this Cricket location (Orange City, FL) to purchase a new one. The Cricket associate who helped me (Brian) was absolutely fantastic!! He was so friendly and helpful, he went out of his way to help me and was thoroughly knowledgeable. He answered every question I tossed at him--patiently. He is also a magician with a screen protector 😁 I ended up purchasing a new phone for myself along with my two sons and I couldn't be happier🙌

This location has been a great help to me. Brian who works there has helped me every single time and has been truly tremendous, easily the one of the best workers I have ever met in my life. I highly recommend this location, Brian and highly advise that he gets a raise for his hard work and dedication to the customer!

I came here because my Samsung was broken. I bought a Motorola from Brian the assistant manager and he helped me so much! He showed me cool tricks and helped me get phone numbers! Thank you Brian! Wish him much success in the future he is a bright young man

I recently just went back to cricket. I had boost and it was nothing but headaches and nightmares for a year!!!. At this orange city, Florida location there was a young man named John. Let me tell you what a great sales person and a great asset to the company! I've had several minor issues that he has gone above and beyond to help me with. John is what i would call a superstar in customer service! Very knowledgable...friendly....and helpful! Thanks John for caring!

We had a problem with a phone from anouther company. They worked hard to help it work. To no luck. Got us hooked up with a great phone and plan. Thank you to the girls that help us at Orange City store.

I would have never thought that I could be paying $40 a month with unlimited EVERYTHING and no hidden fees or contract until my friend told me about Cricket. I'm glad I changed because my old carrier was ridiculous with their prices and I would have dropped calls ALL the time. Also, the staff is pretty cool and very friendly!

On 12/30/17 i called the store around noon to ask a question in regards to my samsung galaxy s8 which i had from another carrier, after much neede explanation regarding my phone's i was told to come down to the store to make sure my phone was comparable to there network, i had spoken to cesar.
Again i showed up in the store after 5pm spoke with cesar he placed a sim card and my phone was comparable to there network , i also spoke with his manager very friendly and very detailed oriented i left came back before closing cesar took care of my phone's got a good deal cesar was very helpful as well his manager.

I'm very pleased with my services and will come back again for future visits and would highly recommend.

New Number, it sucks but I'm glad now that I have one. So people wont call for BS. But I have to changed the number on everything I use like apps or online, for emergency. Thanks for the ZTE I love it.
