Great store with all your sporting goods need. Happy with my recent visit. Service was good and staff were helpful. Plenty of parking available.

We had such an amazing experience at this location! Ester angel and emiliegh are fantastic customer service employees with diligent attention to detail! And when we couldn’t find what we were looking for they helped us even to the point of going to another location that had the items available.

We asked if there were any Adidas soccer socks to match my boy’s shoes. There weren’t any on the shelf, but one of the employees went and found some in the back. Super helpful.

Had the most amazing experience today with Laurie and Walter. They both went above and beyond the definition of exceeding customer service. What kind beautiful souls! They were so helpful from the moment we walked in. I cannot give them enough praises. We were shopping for our first time soccer player and they were so much fun and super friendly interacting with him. Please share 1000xs and hopefully they not only get recognition and definitely raises to keep them here as long as possible 🥰

I received above and beyond amazing service at this location by very courteous and knowledgeable team members Laurie, Steven and Connie! Just amazing! they assisted me with every question and helped me select everything I needed for my home gym. I came in with a list of items and they went as far as looking up every item in their inventory and suggesting similar items they had available in store. They also helped me load everything into my truck, all the heavy equipment and various 400lb plus weight sets. The experience I had here was unbelievable and could not be matched at any other store. This is one of the many times I have visited to this location and every time is great. Thank you very much Connie, Steven and Laurie, you are very much appreciated!

The store is very well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for wrestling gear unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for. But they suggested I can order online which is good. anyways the staff was very friendly and helpful walk me to the aisle that I needed to find my son's other gear definite recommend the store.

Amazing store!!! I could spend days in here. If u love the outside wilderness then this is the store for u. The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. Making sure u get everything u need for ur next big adventure. Whether it is fishing on a lake or hiking through the woods they have just about everything u need. Not to mention survival gear for that Zombie Apocalyptic end of the world stuff believer too.

Their customer service is great. They assist you in whatever your needs are at the store. Our customer service provider Jasmine was very cheerful and helpful in getting my warranty done.

My husband and I recently purchased bicycles at the Millenia Plaza store. We had not owned bikes for many years, so needed some help with choosing what was best for our needs. We were referred to a salesperson in sporting goods, Norm, who is a bicycle enthusiast, and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, and was a pleasure to deal with; even servicing the bikes, and ensuring that they were street-ready before we left the store. We were also fortunate enough to get amazing deals on the bikes we purchased. We highly recommend Dick's, not only for their excellent products and prices, but for their friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.

One of my favorite stores. Staff is great, everything outdoors you could need. Fishing license and gear for the ocean found, could have gone to Walmart, but experience and atmosphere here so much better. I'll spen the little extra.

I've been here several times and there's always a great selection of stuff. Prices are not the best in the whole world but what can you expect from a retail store. Anytime I need something in a pinch and cannot wait for shipping and I will come here.

I was surprised by the customer service it was great! And I loved the tennis shoes that they had I didn't know they had such a big inventory of Nike and all sorts of brands .. but over all the experience was great.

I had an absolutely wonderful customer service experience with one of the Managers. I forget her name (Sorry!!!), but she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to swap out some pants at no charge.

Chelsea and Victor both made my bike buying experience awesome, they were personable and professional. Would return here again and highly recommend this location.
