Despite the location the staff employees in the pharmacy department are amazing. They work really hard and answered questions and if they don’t know the answer they will get one. They are busy and still provide great customer service even when they’re short staffed.

As a long time CVS pharmacy customer at 5300 john young I always understood how busy they can be and was patient but the staff I experience today( except for long time employee, Keisha) seem to forget what Customer Service is all about—after waiting 30 minutes for something I was told will take 10 minutes I was told with a condescending voice the fault was basically mine.

It’s been 8 months since my 1star review—so just like I criticized I must now update that—— I just left CVS and it’s now like walking into a family situation. You’re always looking out. I don’t know if my review had anything to do with that with that but I must say the staff is excellent. Thank you.

Ayesha is so happy and helpful! She knew the exact location of the item I needed and made my check out smoother. I felt excited to be at the store and look forward to my next visit.

My experience at this CVS Store has been great. The team members Patrick and Dana are always courteous and professional with their assistance.

I go to this CVS at least 3-4 times a week and the service is always great from the managers all the way to the associates. I am always greeted by name and have even been assisted when carrying heavy items to my car! Thank you to the entire team!

This CVS has been my go to location for many years. The customer service at the front is great, I'm always greeted and walked to the aisle when i cant locate an item. Avi, the manager and Rafaelina are nice and helpful. I pick up my prescriptions at the pharmacy, never had any issues and they anwser all my medical questions. Ingrid, a pharm. tech is the sweetest.

This was my first time at this CVS. I needed a Carepass activavated. The young lady who activated my card was friendly and explained to me the card benefits!!

Every associate and manager at this location is absolutely friendly and courteous and will go out of their way to help every customer. I’ll go to other locations but I feel like the people here add a little something personal to their every day.

I needed to print a document from my phone, preferably as soon as possible. I went in and was able to get it done in less than 5 mins and it only costed me $0.36 ($0.19 per B&W page)! Not only was it fast, the cashier at the front was super kind. I look forward to coming back here soon!

I usually go to the Walgreens across the street but this morning I went to CVS and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they welcomed me with a smile (which usually doesn’t happen at Walgreens). They had exactly what I was looking for and a better selection than I expected. I won’t be going across the street anymore ☺

Great customer service ..have been picking up my meds for the past 7 years, and have no complaints !!! The staff is awesome and always go that extra mile and for that I am so thankful for I am a senior citizen and sometimes need all the help ...Thank You !!!

Everyone is very nice!! Just moved from Philadelphia to Orlando 4 months ago and always I can account with this pharmacy!!

I was in town from out of state and needed my medications transferred. They took care of it and were really awesome. It's much appreciated!!!
