I initially gave a negative review because the store was not opened when it was suppose to be open. BUT I have to update my review. Although I did not go in and make a purchase my fiancé did. He was extremely pleased with the level of service Jonathan provided. He offered him a genuine conversation and great customer service. Which as we know is hard to come by post-pandemic.

Jonathan was a huge help this morning when it came to trading in my console for a better one. I was rushing to get to work and he made the process a piece of cake while also informing me a lot on the features and accessories. Great guy and a great asset to their company!

Great staff, especially asst. Manager Jessica who is always cordial, intelligent, efficient, quick and helpful. Every used game I have bought at great prices have been like new. They are clean and well stocked. I extremely suggest them!!

Love this place. My kids know all about anime, latest games and newest consoles. I walk in knowing little to nothing and the folks behind the counter could write a Essay on whatever question I ask. As long as they are still standing I'll be there for all my gaming needs. Thanks guys! You rock!

Great customer service! Called and spoke to a guy named Nick to see if they had an item in stock, they did not and he went above and beyond, checked the inventory and even called the store who did have it to see if they would hold it for me!

This is my gamestop. Live very close and it's great when a new game drops. The staff are into gaming and nerd culture so its appreciated that they have a passion for pointless stuff the way I do. Polite and hard workers at this location. 5 stars
