Food Lion

I love this place it is convenient traveling North on 17 . I’ll stop in this place almost 5 times a week. On my way home from work. I’m able to get in get out they always have what I’m looking for. They have really good sale items markdowns places, very clean very organized and run lots of meat sales. I am a very loyal Food Lion customer. Very good selection at the deli. They now have a chicken wing bar with lots of variety tons of selection. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here it’s because nobody has it. Give them a shot and you will be a believer as well.

I was sad to find out there is no lion to grant my food needs.... I sold everything for gold to give.... the store doesn't accept melted gold bars.....

Small but had everything we needed except green bell peppers. Nice gentleman working there even said everybody is looking for them.

I always shop here, less crowded by the time I shop. This particular location is clean, produce fresh deli fully stocked and fresh items, staff is friendly and because I'm a regular I have spoken and had good short conversations with a few associates. Lovely people! Prices are great with or without membership, and with MVP the savings you get are steller. As long as I'm in this area I will continue shopping at this local Food lion. Other than not yet having self check out overall great shopping experience

Deli help is very nice as are everyone else that works there.

I needed some cinnamon for a recipe. I've never been to the store before, but found I could park right out front, run in, and get the cinnamon in 2 minutes. The store was well laid out, and the checkout lines weren't long. There's plenty of free parking. Everyone inside was friendly, too.

I shop at this store frequently, but I had the most pleasant associate, Grace, check me out today. I most always have a pleasant cashiers, but she was above and beyond.

This is a great Food Lion! They always have things in stock and their produce is always so nice and fresh. All the employees are so friendly and helpful. Their Deli is top notch! Always purchase our meats and cheese from the deli. Overall the store is always clean and nothing sitting in the aisles or in the way of shopping.

I don’t know where they find these people but the staff here is awesome and friendly! Ben was on point when I came into the store in a hurry, looking for fried onions for green bean casserole, his quick knowledge of his store was appreciated!

One of 3 great grocery shopping places.

I've been shopping in Food Lion for over 30 years in different states/locations. The best one I have ever been to is in Oxford, NC. They wrote the book on what a great grocery store should be. This one is a very close second. Something happened to Food Lion about 20 yrs ago. Not sure who is responsible but has made the difference for me. They have no equal in the produce dept. Love the store layout, very well stocked, incredibly helpful staff and you don't have to dodge anyone putting together internet orders (Walmart fails here). They also have the same "drill team" at checkout that another popular store deploys during peak hours. You won't wait in line. I live walking distance from three grocery stores. The only time I don't go here is when I have a recipe for something only on the international foods isle at...Pu...the other place. The only strike is the hot wing bar. Even though that's not what I go for someone needs to work on it.

We were at the Food Lion 7 am for senior hours. Store was spotless, pretty well stocked. Associates were very helpful and had a smile on their faces. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you to all your employees for what they have been doing during this stressful time.

It was a great place to shop. I don't remember her name, I needed a coke product Cherry Coke. There was none on the shelf, so she went out of her way to make sure that there was none in the back room. This made me very happy somebody cared. Thank You Food Lion for your excellent service.

This is my neighborhood food lion and I stop here every day on my way home from work. I'm very grateful for mist of the employees that work their. Even when I had one incident where i wasn't happy the customer service lady that's in charge went above and beyond to make me happy outstanding customer service. Store is always clean and stocked shelf. Overall a great place to shop for groceries
