AT&T Lelands Store Manager, Hunter, provides nothing short of exceptional service. Having ongoing struggles, extending over a weeks time, Hunter ensured accuracy, customer satisfaction and follow through. His professional demeanor with customers and staff alike, under challenging circumstances, demonstrates true leadership.

I was not in fact in the store but my mother was due to me being at work and living an hour away. HUNTER is in fact the man for all the patience and help he gave her, all the way down to linking phone to her car (even though the phone was a hand me down). Really means the entire world to me. I really cannot express my gratitude for you Hunter! Mom is finally on the iPhone and knows how to use it thanks to your assistance

TJ has been at the store all 3 times we were there. From the first time you walk into the store until you leave he is nothing but professional. His product knowledge and willingness to help, even those less tech savvy, is refreshing and very much appreciated. The store can get busy at times but it is worth your wait.

I had the pleasure of working with Keyasia this afternoon, best and most efficient experience I’ve ever had in a retail setting. She was kind, helpful and was able to quickly meet my needs with an upgrade for my wife. She made the entire process so easy. Thank you Keyasia and AT&T for such a great experience.

I had a fantastic experience at AT&T Leland. TJ was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and made great suggestions for improving my telecommunications experience. He upgraded several devices for me seamlessly! I highly recommend this location.

Jasmine helped me with ordering a new phone and exchanging my old one. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, and answered all my questions! She gave me various price estimates for my bill and explained the difference between the phones I was considering. Absolutely loved having her help me!

Well, when all is lost in this crazy “tech” world you meet someone who restores your faith! I am referring to my experience at the Leland AT&T store on Leland Town Center Drive. First, we were acknowledged by a friendly hello when we walked through the door, then almost immediately a sales consultant emerged to assist us. His name is Alfredo, a confident, young man who assured us he was there to take care of our problem. Alfredo never walked away and focused on our story. Needless to say, he helped to solve our problems and we were impressed at the customer service he provided. Yes, I did say”customer service” in the wireless world where frustration usually rules the day. There were two other consultants working and I noticed their friendly demeanors which is a “hats off” to the store manager. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Alfredo to assist you with your mobile needs!

I came in to get a new phone added to my line and, Kiyasia assisted me. She was super fast, friendly, and funny. This was the most pleasant experience I ever had at a At&T store. If you ever need any help with your phone weather it's getting new service or you just need help with your phone ask for Kiyasia. She's awesome, and I can't wait to visit this store again 😊.

Cricket store actually. If you are not on Cricket yet, you are paying too much. Plus customer service in this store has always been top notch. Friendly and highly competent, best employees ever. Totally satisfied, better than all expectations. Did I mention FIVE LINES ARE ONLY 125/MO, all included all unlimited? Plus great in store service. Wow. Bravo!

My account was hacked and after being on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes the customer service representative wasn't any help so I went to the Leland store and Alex was very professional and a big help to get my service restored . Alex was patient and knowledgeable about how to remove the phones that were ordered on account. Alex was great and if I had to go back I would just to have Alex help me again. Very satisfied customer

Ask For BO! I was going into the store to cancel my order and not switch! He absolutely was phenomenal! Professional, thorough, resolved every single thing I had an issue with! He should be promoted to manager!

Yesterday I went to this store to inquire about a cell phone plan that Instacart is currently offering to their shoppers. I was cordially greeted by William who took the time to go over the plan, answer my questions and made sure I had all of the information needed to make an educated and informed decision about what was best for me! I thoroughly respect his honesty and commitment to providing FIVE STAR service. If you are considering AT&T for your cell phone service provider, please be sure to ask for William. You will not regret it!!!

Had a very good experience. Alfredo was the one who helped me and he did a wonderful job. I didn’t have to wait too long and he made the process hassle free and very quick to buy a new phone. Will definitely come to this location again whenever I need anything. Thank you at&t and Alfredo!

Went by the store a few days ago to upgrade my phone. I believe his name was Alex, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the new iPhone 11 Pro I got. I would definitely recommend him or the employees there for any of your phone questions or needs
