THIS GNC LOCATION HAS TO BE THE BEST ONE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. There is a gentlemen there who just might have the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. EXTREMELY helpful EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE about all products in store!!

I received exceptional customer service from Nicole after an online order gone bad. I must say that she went above and beyond to make up for the stress, and lack of accommodation from GNC customer service. Thank you Nicole!

This is in regards to the newest post from Jillian. You mam know what you say isn't true and my customers know I don't treat them that way. I tried to help you but no receipt. My employee told you that we could look up your account but it wasn't there. When I looked at the date on your product it expired 4/22. You were trying to return it the end of March. I picked up the same product on the salesfloor and the expiration date was 5/23. This means that the person you said gifted it to you bought it over a year ago. Even if you purchased it a month or two ago you would have got 75% off. But seeing as how that product was productwas out of stock for months at a time that couldn't have been true either. GNCs return policy is very lenient and I go out of my way to honor it. . But I draw the line when someone tries to return a product they didn't even buy as you said it was gifted that was purchased over a year ago.

Went there today to get some L-Arginine. It was buy 3 get one free but I could not find a fourth one. Christine came through and searched the shelves and found one underneath. Saved me 25 dollarrs and I certainly do appreciate that. Great customer service. Thank you Christine.

Phil went the distance for me. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the products and doesn’t mind assisting with anything a customer needs. I definitely recommend shopping at this particular GNC.

I finally broke down and got on there 3995 a year special! I list houses in and around Tampa Bay for 1%! And I'm older so I need good vitamins and good supplements! Great place, and right next to Sprouts!

Very insightful and honest. The product i needed they will no longer be carrying and instead of trying to sell me something that wouldn't be as good, he told me to just go to the brands person website and buy them.
