T.J. Maxx

This Saturday 3/9/24 crew is what customer service is all about! From the moment I entered, the lady handling the raffle greeted me like I was an important customer. Then, as I am in the back digging around in a frenzy because shopping is a drug (LOL), I met Julie who was pleasant and informative, telling me all about the day's events and deals. Then, I'm over in bedding where I met Eric who was so sweet to take all my big items up front because I could not see over my cart (short people problems), and he did this twice. Wow! Then I met Patrice and Brenda at the register, both were soooo nice and accommodating, awarding me my raffle prize and giving me all the deals they could... just because. I had a nice time at TJMaxx in Seminole. :)

Went today 1-6-23 , nice store, clean , well lit. Very good customer service. Decent selection, not there fault that I'd couldn't find anything, but otherwise a big store . Love shopping TJMAXX & Marshalls.

Lots and lots of parking at this TJ Maxx. It also has more sizes in the items I needed. Employees are also friendly and accommodating.

I exchanged the small PJs for the Medium, and I found loungewear pants for girlfriends. I headed to customer service for my exchange and new purchases. If this were not so far from home, I’d come here all the time. For greater selection, I’ll come here when others can’t help me!

Organized, wide selection, and great gourmet options.

I liked this store much. It has many different items especially in shoe, home cloths, and skin care. It has multiple clearence items with good prices as well. The staff is friendly. Better than other TJMaxx stores in Ohio

I had a bad experience with another TJ Maxx and Desiree, the manager, was efficient and quick to help. I truly appreciate her taking time to right the issue.
