I found Life and Food Superstore during one of my trips to Tampa and I cannot say enough good things about it. Love the fact that it is a family-owned business and every single time I visited, I have found something new. This time I tried their new freeze dried candy and OMG what a treat! The owner is always super friendly and loves to talk about all the products they sell, always ready to answer any questions. I will never stop coming here! Also their acai bar is to die for, super fresh and healthy exactly what I look for these days. A must if you are in Ellenton!!!
