Deleon Springs Hardware is one of, if not the best hardware stores I have ever been to. The service is very good and the employees are very helpful, especially the cute blonde girl who runs the store. They have a variety of items that you cannot find in most hardware stores. I bought a brand new fishing pole from them a couple of months back and it works like a charm. My nephew also enjoyed the bow and arrow set that I bought for him for Christmas. Anyone who speaks badly about this place is probably an unreasonable person who was too lazy to even consider the hard work that these people put into their business. I would leave more than five stars if I could. I highly recommend this store to anyone who lives in or even outside of the area, as they are far better and more caring that ACE is. Come here for all of your hardware needs!

It is great having a hardware store in DeLeon Springs! There are usually two ladies ready to serve customers, and our family finds them to be very helpful and friendly. The store has a huge inventory, and we have always been able to find what we need at reasonable prices.

They have every nut, bolt, washer, and fastener known to man... plus a good plumbing and electrical section, as well as paints, lumber, and farm supplies. I make it my first stop for any project... buy at a locally owned business.

I love our little, local hardware store. If I had any complaint its that it is only open Monday-Friday until 5 pm. A lot of us work those hours and end up having to make the drive into DeLand to Walmart or Lowe's due to that. Maybe stay open until 6, or a half day on Saturday, so we can contribute to a local store versus a corporate store.

Great hardware store, so much better than the big box stores and so much closer to home. Rather support small businesses everyday.

Love coming here. We came here with our Grandpa because he doesn't like going to the big box stores. This store has pretty much everything you need. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Even the hardware store kitty is helpful! We come back every year to visit the kitty. Support your location stores! We take Grandpa here when he needs to get any hardware home items.

Just what every small town hardware store should be so glad there is one in DeLeon Springs. They're open six days a week and they also refill propane tanks.

I love this place. One of the last family run hardware stores around. People should support it as much as possible very kind people very helpful. I get what I need 99% of the time and if they do not have what you need they will steer you in the right direction. Another thing is I was under the impression for some reason that they closed around noon or 1:00 on Saturdays not the case they're open until 5:00 yay

Yeah it's a small hardware store. it's small town. small hardware store. but you get the one-on-one help. a very knowledgeable what they do. And you know what they're asking about. they know what they're talking about. can help you very much to get the right thing the first time good little town prices are reasonable and on the fair with today's economy good folks.

I was looking for a "real" hardware store. If you're a certain age, you know what I mean without explanation. I stopped by out of curiosity. In five steps from my car I was through the front door. The owner, Carl, asked me if he could help me find anything. A very short walk into the store and an immediate offer of service. What a concept! I walked up and down each isle. I was thinking to myself that this was one of those "If they don't have it, you don't need it." kind of hardware stores. When I turned a corner and saw the nail bins and then saw that I could buy the screws, nuts, bolts or washers that I needed, not bags of them, I knew that I was in a "real" hardware store. Carl and I talked about his prices and the big box prices. He forthrightly stated that his prices are as good, or better, 80% of the time. Close to home, easy to walk into, and out of, immediate offer of service, similar prices, excellent selection of the hardware you need, thanks, Carl.

This is an independently owned place. Setup resembles an Ace. Their prices were better than we expected for saw blades. In fact, my husband was pleasantly surprised. I liked the fact you can buy some seeds by the ounce. I was amazed I could purchase sow true seeds. I order from this company. So if you want non GMOs, organic seeds, open pollinated this is the place to go. Also they were very pleasant and made you feel welcome. I will go back.

I love a good small town independently owned store! This place being right up the road is a huge plus. They have everything I need, are good people and had exceptional customer service.

Stopped by on Sunday because we needed a part for our water heater. The store is usually not open on Sunday, but the owner happened to be outside and opened up to get us the part we needed. This part was not in stock at Lowes, Home Depot or Tractor Supply. Such wonderful customer service on a holiday weekend!! Big thumbs up for this local business owner!!

Nice little hardware store. It's close to where I stay. They sell propane. I will need propane soon.
