They are always friendly. The entire staff has a sense of urgency which I appreciate because my time is limited. Shawn, Kallee and Karessa are professional and friendly every time I come in. I've used printing, shipping and notary services. Each time I've been taken care of in a friendly and professional manner.

I'm not sure why they get such bad reviews. I've been using them for a PO box for a few months. They get a LOT of Amazon returns which clogs the store up. They always get to me in a reasonable amount of time. Now they have an automated Amazon return. Making the lines smaller. Hard working employees = happy customers. Thank you!

I dropped off a huge tire and they guide me as to what to do and how to do it. I give them a five today for their great service.

Noah was self sufficient and taking care of business like a boss. I got there and saw 7 people ahead of me. He had all of us, myself and a person behind me, out the door within a very short amount of time. He did it all with a smile and positive attitude. Thank you, from this customer!

The staff is always kind and professional. I appreciate that they try to keep the line short by always having more than one person at the counter and asking if anyone is just dropping off prepaid packages so that they can knock those out in advance instead of making them wait.

So our family has been through hell trying to close on a house that is 5 hours away from Deltona. We closed remotel y which caused us to have to print a lot of documents, get several notarized, and overnight the package. In the midst of printing had to have the files resent due to errors from the loan company. We literally spent 3 hours in this store today and Karessa and Courtney were amazing! They were so patient as a 73 page document was printing very slowly, and dealing with our having to redo some pages, etc. We can't say enough about how wonderful they were - in the midst of being very busy with other customers also. Such great customer service and attitudes! We were stressed out ourselves - so important to be treated with care - when we were at our wits end already before we even got there! Just wanted you to know it matters - customer services matters!! Thank you for making that a bit easier!

Great store both for UPS needs and Amazon drop offs

I’ve been going to this UPS location on Doyle for about 2 years. I’ve used them for Amazon returns, fingerprints, and other verification for employment. All of the young men that have provided service here have been professional, courteous and kind. Service has also been provided as quickly as they possibly can, especially when only one is on duty.

Love how convenient this location is. Everyone is so nice and helpful. With my Amazon addiction, they make it easy to pick up or return and are open late enough to masked it to them after work.
Keep up the good work guys!

Had a great experience with my local UPS store! The store manager, Jon, was so kind and very professional and completely helped me through my claims process. Even through it wasn’t UPS’s fault my item was damaged, he had my back! Thanks Jon!!

They are very friendly and helpful. The lady and the guy working there rey their best to be quick. They are very polite. I definitely go there again if need it.

Everytime I go there they do an awesome job. For being a very small store they're very busy but still do a great job.

Went here a couple times to drop off some packages and one of the employees commented on my shirt. We then went into a discussion about Overwatch. Very likeable employees here!

This Deltona location is open on Sunday, which is why I went out of my way to go there. Gregory was very helpful and friendly, even though I’d forgotten my return labels and needed help to print it there.

I shipped from this office and they were able to find the package. This would be able since I shipped from this location they have a record.
