Kenny helped me out so much with an issue i had with my keyboard where i couldn’t get a screw out. helped me look for wrenches/solutions and was able to finally get out the screw for me. i’ve been trying for an entire day and i really appreciate his help going through multiple solutions and none working until the last one. very friendly and a great help!

Just want to give a shout out to Sebastian in the lumber department today. He helped us with our project suggesting the best wood, what aisle, and additional support by cutting for us. Gave us suggestions on how to make this easier too! He’s pretty great, customer service was stellar and he’s really nice to talk to. THANKS SEBASTIAN!

Mylanny is absolutely the best!! She was so concerned my cabinets would get wet, she helped me cover the cart with plastic. Then we realized one was broken and she assisted in getting a very fair discount since it was the last one in stock! I highly recommend coming here… especially if your a women !

We needed to construct a rolling cart for easy access to the closet, because moving the shoes individually was a pain. Eileen was absolutely INCREDIBLE. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took her time making sure to bring our project to life. Thank you !!!

Edward from the appliances department is an amazing employee. He took his time answering all my questions. He never made me fell rush and he was going the extra mile to help me out. I had to buy all of my appliances and thanks to him a had a better idea of what I needed. Thank you so much Edward for all your help. Very professional. He deserves a raise because I never found an employee with his amazing attituded to help customers.

Easy access from several major Orlando neighborhoods off of Colonial Drive / Route 50, but tucked far off the road so it can be initially difficult to find, this Home Depot Garden Center was a pleasure to shop at, even on a sunny and busy Saturday. Ample parking in its on lot...some spaces are even shaded! Easy access to the Garden Center entrance. We'll stocked and cared for merchandise! Easy checkout. Carts were also easy to come by. Highly recommended.

Love that I can lookup the aisle and bay locations of the products I need before I get there. Saves me so much time!

Not too bad. The manager is AMAZING! When I had a problem he fixed asap. I know this location does a children work shop once a month. Not sure what other locations does this.

Excellent store helpful an friendly Associates and they price match an when you go outside there are Mexican contractor's all outside ready to jump in your car at the snap of your fingers an they are ready to help you build your next house project for a reasonable amount

The staff is always quick to load the garden center items for me, and very good prices on stuff if you buy in bulk.

Really impressed with staff here! They are so helpful especially Tabatha in customer service. She knows what’s going on and how to get things done. My order never went out for delivery when it was supposed too. She arranged a truck and got it out that day. Also George is such a great asset! He is so positive and such a hard worker. Thank you for delivering all of my lumber in two trips.

This location is always very tidy and well stocked and I have always had a good experience with them. I'm writing a review now because I was so pleased on my last visit there. I had been there for a piece of wood that I would be needing for a DIY project; however, would need it cut in half. Home improvement stores are usually known for no one being available to assist when you need them; however, I have had the opposite experience here. There was no one in the lumber area at the time; however, I simply asked someone at self check out how I would go about getting the wood plank cut in half and she gave me directions on how to get there. As I reached the area, two employee were passing by and I requested their assistance. One of them, David, was kind enough to help me out and guided me to the cutting area. He was unable to find a measuring tape to use so I told him no need to worry, it didn't need to be exact. Turns out he didn't need one at all because he was incredibly handy with smaller pieces of wood to measure with. He was able to cut my piece perfectly in two then asked if there was anything else he can help me with. I had some other questions that he happily and patiently answered which were explained thoroughly. I am sure that he was extremely busy as the store was packed, so the fact that he took the time to help me and answer my questions was beyond appreciated. I hope that Home Depot recognizes him for his wonderful service to the company and making their customers feel valued.

This location is great. The staff is friendly and they are typically in stock for everything you could need from home depot with the occasional shortage that are usually attributed to supply chain issues these days. This location is usually in stock on a majority of rental equipment that home depot offers in their catalog with few exceptions.
