The UPS Store

I needed to get a fragile package from Orlando to Pennsylvania quickly. The staff couldn’t have handled it better. They packaged my parcel securely and efficiently. The package arrived on time and in pristine condition. Their customer service was top notch. Will be continuing to use this store for all of my future shipping needs.

I had such a wonderful experience at this ups store location. Dhwani was so kind and patient with me while I figured out my Amazon returns since it was the first time I returned them. I will definitely go back to this location if I have more returns or any shipments. I know I’ll be taken care of.

I had an Amazon package to return and after reading some of these negative reviews I debated on going to a different store but since this is closer to my house I figured I would go ahead and try it. I got great, friendly, helpful service. I did have my label printed out and return in a box but he helped me get it all sealed up and label on box. I wish I had gotten his name but kudos!!

I’ve used this UPS store a couple of times and have never had a hard time. The store is clean and organized, and the front desk women are always really nice.

But today was really nice!

I went in to print a label and ship a package. When I arrived I realized I left my wallet at home and could not use their in-store computer. I asked if I could leave my box with them until I grabbed my wallet and came back to pay the $3.15. The owner man said it was okay, as I lived so close.

When I got home to grab my wallet, I received an email from this UPS store, specifically from Vani! (Which is insanely fast, I live in the plaza over!) They emailed me letting me know not to worry about the money, that they would take care of it and to have a happy holiday. It made my day! This place is great! So many bad reviews for no reason.

The great employees that work here at the UPS Store were wonderful and helpful in addressing all of my needs and I highly recommended to all! I will continue to use this great store in the future. A+++service and super friendly. The people that work at the front desk were super informative and extremely understanding. I will continue to go back to this location for all of my shipping, faxing, and copying needs. Thank you guys so much for all of your help! 5 out of 5 stars

I went to the store because I needed a canvas print out for a family event and I had to have 2 canvas print outs everyone one at the store was very helpful with the thing i want. The owner of the store was extremely helpful and patient. He also gave me ideas. The end results were FABULOUS.... the prints were exactly the way i wanted them to be. I had them on my event and everyone gave a lot of good comments. I was super happy with the service!!!! :)

I was reading the reviews for this store and I was shocked so many people gave a bad review. I have been going to this store for 4 plus years. I have had copies made, packages shipped, packaged items for me, bought greeting cards and used the notary service.
I have never thought the staff was rude. I may have to wait while they take care of customers before me. But they have always been very nice and do a very good job. They try to greet each person and let them know they will assist them as soon as they can.

Kisean helped me print today, saw him ring out a few customers with amazing customer service skills answered the phone very professionally and we even chatted a bit. Definitely coming back based on his attitude alone!

I needed to ship something I sold on EBay and was met by Dhwani Shah who was extremely helpful. The store was busy yet he was able to greet me and address my needs. I thought I was going to have to make a trip to the USPS location however Mr. Shah helped print my label and ship it for me. Highly professional, helpful, and friendly experience. I felt great from the experience!

This is most certainly one of the best UPS stores in the Orlando area. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the store is always well stocked with shipping materials. I feel fortunate to have this UPS store close to me!!

This UPS is my choice postal carrier as it's right down the street and is great for anybody, UCF student or not, looking to ship orders out. You can even drop off USPS (Post Office) packages here as they come by to collect them here every afternoon.

Understaffed as of late 2021 but they still do their best to accommodate and get to everyone waiting. They're ready to deal with the worst, even when I drop off 20 boxes haha

Big kudos to the manager! You'll always see him working hard and trying to help customers who don't typically deal with shipping or printing.

If you have a problem here, you're probably old and you should learn how to correctly pack items and how shipping works before you complain! (they're usually the ones holding up the line)

Every time I've used this UPS location they are kind and listen to my requests. Usually, I'm shipping electronics that need some sort of special care or some kind of attention prior to shipping and I've never had a problem with things arriving without incident.

Really appreciate service provided by Dylan white. He worked and help us to do notary and post the document after store hours.
He was very patient and was very helpful to complete documentation after store hours.
It was really amazing experience. Excellent customer service.

I came into the store last minute to send off some books and the gentlemen Dhwani and the associate were nothing but helpful from the moment I walked in. They helped me print the labels, pick out the correct envelopes & ship off my books. I have been to the UPS on Chickasaw and Lake Underhill which gave a horrible experience but this truly made up for UPS all around. Thank you both so much.

Today we found ourselves in emergency need of a notary at 2:45 pm. The first UPS store we called didn't have a notary today so I called this store and spoke with Dylan White. He said he would be happy to help us and would be there until 3 pm. We started rushing in his direction but was met by horrific traffic. I tried another store hoping maybe it would be open later, but their notary wasn't there either. So I called Dylan back and explained we would probably be 3:05 getting there could he please wait for us. He told me not to worry he would wait and got our names. When we arrived, he unlocked the store and continued to provide above and beyond service for the next 30 minutes! I just can't express enough how much we appreciate him! He's a true credit to UPS Store!!!!!!!

Vani was an incredible help, I had no clue what I was doing and she went above and beyond doing what she needed to. She was also super friendly and kind. 10/10 would recommend this UPS to anyone.
