AT&T Store

I love visiting this store, the staff is always helpful and polite. Kyle was very friendly and detailed. He went over my current plan to help find the next best option with my need to upgrade. He was very patient and knowledgeable.

I always receive excellent customer service from AT&T. My interactions with the representatives are always pleasant and educational

Wow! Hardly ever do I feel the need to leave a review but after help today from Luis and Jhuly, I had to write them something. Both were so kind and extremely helpful. Luis on one evening even stayed 30 minutes past closing to help troubleshoot switching over from my previous provider... what a guy! He and Jhuly later set my mother and I up with a special plan for first responders called AT&T FirstNet, which I wasn't aware of prior to stopping by the store. Ended up saving us a bit on our monthly bill and got us both free Apple watches! Couldn't thank them enough. Ask for Luis and Jhuly!

What a perfect associate here named Jai. I had to solve a disaster in a small amount of time and she really was patient and efficient walking through the several different departments to discover there had been fraud on my account and fixing my problem. Thanks again Jai, you’re a lifesaver

Jy was right there when I entered the door greeted and made the people with me relaxed and walked through each step of what was needed and being done to set up all three lines and double check that numbers ported over perfectly and had no issues with the lines she was amazing help and referring more people to her

The store inside was very nice, and was playing drake smelled very good and was very nice.

When we walked into the store, we were immediately greeted by Kevin Correa the AT&T representative. He was very knowledgeable on the iPhone products as well as the necessary products. We had already purchased a iPhone earlier and wished we would have met him first. He is professional and very user-friendly.

Let me tell you, Jimary is the reason I will be back. I went into her store yesterday so I could fix my sons phone. She really took the time to help us and we had to end up getting a new phone for my son but made it a very pleasant experience. AT&T better treat her right because she’s the only reason why I stick with this service! 🥰

We had a very unpleasant experience at another store and walked in to ask if someone could help us at this store. We were met with kindness, understanding and helpfulness with Luis making sure we understood our situation and was apologizing to something he did not do. I will refer my family and friends to this store in the future because clearly, they are running an ethical business. I am unable to post a review at the other store so it is clear they do not want people to know about their shady practices. However, rest assured that Luis will always be honest and transparent at this store. Thank you so much Luis for your help!

I went into the store to see if I was on the best rate plan. Luis Z helped me find a less expensive price plan and also helped me get a new phone for only $7.00 . I left the store very satisfied!

Jimary was a very knowledgeable and professional representative. When I walked in I was intending to switch carriers, however because of Jimary's concern I'm still with AT&T.
