I came originally for some seafoam, JY offered me a free diagnostic to my car and was able to detect batter problems. I bought a new battery the same day and him and Mike installed it for me with no appointment. I really appreciate them for being so nice. They are very friendly also.

I had an excellent experience. Billy Walker immediately helped me out with my car and directed me to what I needed to get my problem fixed. He is very knowledgeable and courteous, willing to share what he knew with me while he worked. He is efficient and diligent when gathering the items needed. Went in today for a battery change. Had the best experience thus far at an auto parts store. Jy Garcia helped me out, he was professional, courteous and helped change the battery out. He deserves a promotion...he will go far in life.

Went in today to get my battery tested and Arther up front was more then helpful! He quickly diagnosed my battery to be bad and without question offered to change it out for me. Well I don’t often alter previously written reviews but this one is deserved. Compared the last time I came in it’s a 100% improvement. Andre helped me this afternoon and he is incredibly professional and equally knowledgeable. And his manager was kind of funny too.
I manage a retail store and can definitely attest to the importance of having workers like him on the team.

I stopped by to have my van checked because my engine light came on and had the most pleasant experience with Ms. Placido. Very friendly, well-mannered and was such a great help. Good help really is hard to find in this day and time so I wanted to share this with anyone who may need help in finding out what’s going on with their vehicle and prefer someone who genuinely care and has a great attitude to prove it!!!!

My battery died unexpectedly earlier today, and turned out I had a bad battery! Luckily, I came here and Billy Walker helped me out in finding a battery that works best for my car. He installed the new one, along with taking care of some corrosion I had building up and how to prevent it from happening in the future. He was very knowledgeable and has a great personality.
