This store (St. Joseph, MI) is amazing! Even when they’re busy, which is often, they do such a great job! Especially Tracie. She handled all my needs pleasantly even after the customer in front of me was impolite. She’s amazing!

The owner is delightful always willing to help and very helpful to her employees. The employees are very knowledgeable and if they aren’t sure the owner will take time to explain it to them and help they always try to do their best to keep the line moving and are just pleasant people to do business with.

I had never done an Amazon return before. They made it so easy. It was over in 2 seconds, they handed me my receipt, and I was like " really no way I can't believe that's all I had to do "! The way it must have came out must have been really funny because the whole store laughed and we all had a moment! Lol I will definitely go back!

Tracy was very pleasant as soon as I walked in the door she said good morning with a smile hope to get her again if I need to use UPS again in St. Joseph.

This UPS store is staffed with great people. They are so helpful and go the extra mile. The line moves pretty fast, considering. I pulled up to the store and there were no cars in front, indicating few if any customers inside. I was elated and then watched four cars pull in simultaneously. By the time I collected my package I was 4th in line. I waited less than 2 minutes! Kaitlen helped me get a box to return my Amazon product so I did not have to buy one. Much appreciated!

I was extremely impressed with how kind and patient the girl helping me was. I wish I would’ve gotten her name because I would think her personally, but she made a confusing shipment stress free for me. Thank you!

Your staff is extremely helpful. I observed a staff member help an elderly man try to find his amazon purchase that he wanted to return on his phone.

Good service!!! You should commend the workers AND give them good raises or at least a bonus! They were busy as could be and still courteous and kept the line moving.

Only waited a couple of minutes to drop off a return package with the shipping label attached. Got a receipt for the shipping in seconds and out the door. Suggest that you pack and be ready to ship when visiting. The staff will package your stuff but you need to buy the boxes, etc. they use.

Store #1992 is FABULOUS!! They are fast, friendly (always remember you)and can accommodate almost everything. I have been to other UPS stores in my area, #1992 is the best!

I just want to give a shout out to the UPS Store in St Joe! Tonight I had a large package to return to Amazon, and I had my 6 month old sleeping in the car. I couldn’t carry them both at once, so I parked right in front of the door and put my package inside the door. I told the lady I just need to get my baby, he’s sleeping in the car. This sweet lady said how about I help you instead. I was able to stay with my car/baby and she took my phone and package to scan my QR code for thr return. I didn’t have to pull my sleeping baby out of his big boy car seat. It was AMAZING and I was so appreciative.

Very friendly staff. They know me and make it easy to ship and return things. Very customer focused.
