I ordered my part at nine fifteen in the morning to be delivered to my residence. By ten forty the part had arrived with no problems. I recommend them for home delivery if you are unable to visit the store directly. It did cost $8.99 but was worth it to have it delivered to my front door.

Better than most about not asking all the silly questions if you have a custom car. Price is usually cheaper than competitors.

I called the store to see if they carried a certain battery and spoke with “V”. He was helpful and kind. When I went to the store, Ernesto waited on me and he was so helpful as well. I mentioned I’d spoke with “V” and “V” came over, got the new battery and installed it for me. I have a Chevy Camaro and the battery is under the spare tire (don’t ask). He took everything apart, installed the new battery and put everything back perfectly. Again he was so patient and kind. Thank you for wonderful customer service!

Customer service rep was awesome. Walked in told him what I needed got my battery got the 3-year warranty checked out installed all under 10 minutes. Definitely a well-managed store.

After having a warning light come on we called this location to see if they could run diagnostics, they were more than happy to help us out and upon arrival when the light wouldn’t come on again Scooby offered us advice and listened carefully. He was helpful in getting us what we would need if the light came on again. We successfully made it to our final destination 4 hours later thanks to Scooby and the young woman whose name I failed to get. Thanks again! -the Lady Gaga concert goers

Amazing! Omar was very friendly and fast. We had a dead battery that VW was able to jump. 15 min each way and probably less then 20 minutes the battery was tested and changed and I was on my way. Now back to enjoying vacation!

Much better service than the Advanced on Sandlake and McCoy, even though there was only one person on the counter, I still didn't have to be ignored and they were glad to take my money....

Absolutely great, they even knew what I should look for in the future of my 2005 Camry. They were fast getting my new Starter and gave me extra advice on how to keep my car running longer. Great help.

Super friendly. Came in from outof town for a swim meet and had to swap out a battery I purchased a few months ago
They tested it and it had a bad cell and gave me a replacement and I was out the door in 10min putting the new battery in.

Woke up Monday morning to a car that wouldn't start. Was forced to wait for over an hour until someone finally stopped and gave me a jump. It had been the second time in a few months the car wouldn't turn on. I had Advance in Saint Cloud check the battery out in November and was told it was fine, but it was obvious there was an issue. Another hour or two had passed before I finally made it to this Advance, it was an extremely rough morning, but to be greeted by Daric was a relief. He was kind, helpful, and quick to get me the help I needed. Turned out I must have been sold a detective battery less than a year ago. Daric swapped it out while having a pleasant conversation with me about himself and the goals for his store, which I could tell he cares a great deal about. He definitely turned my morning around, I very much appreciated his kindness and effort.
