I had a great experience with the pharmacy on a Saturday afternoon! When I called my cat’s prescription in, the pharmacist was nice and very helpful. She found some personal information that was incorrect on my profile that no other pharmacy caught yet!

When I got the notification that the medication was ready, I drove to the store within 30 minutes and had no wait at the drive thru! I believe I spoke to a different pharmacist at the window, she was also very nice and quick.

I was nervous that I filled my prescription here after seeing the reviews. Fortunately, I had no issues with the pharmacy or customer service

if it were possible to give this store a higher rating, I absolutely would. I very infrequently write reviews. Tonight we were in a bind as a family. Our pharmacy had closed which had our prescription. I called this store and Jazmyn answered. She was one of the most friendly pharmacist I've ever encountered. She was very upbeat, sounded very enthusiastic, and she was eager to help. She was able to pull our prescription from the other store and fill our prescription within 15 minutes. I arrived, and it was ready to go and I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile. If you don't have a regular pharmacy, I would highly recommend you to consider making this your home for all of your prescriptions. Thank you Fuquay Walgreens for knocking it out of the park when it comes to customer service. Our family will be back for many years to come.

It’s not as terrible as people say it is…Yes the pharmacy gets super busy at times and there isn’t enough employees to go around but the staff here is nice - speaking specifically about the other parts of the store. The cashiers and associates are nice and they do their jobs well. In my opinion a lot of it comes down to a shortage of staffing. Maybe this place can also get the Sheetz/Chick-fil-a treatment - they could certainly use more room!

BEST pharmacy ever! I had been getting the run-around from the mail order pharmacy our insurance plan now requires AND the doctor. Thank goodness for Walgreens--they took THEIR time to transfer my script to ANOTHER pharmacy in town that would accept my insurance so I would not run out of medication. Cheerful. Courteous. Helpful. I will continue to give them all the business I can.

This is a great store in a great town. All of these reviews about waiting and having to wait are not thinking of the explosion of growth this small area has had in the last two years. This is the only Walgreens in town and this store is always busy.

This store has great people in it and many of these people have worked here for five or more years. I’ve lived in Fuquay-Varina for ten years and most businesses do NOT have a high turnover which makes it great. Due to all of the tech jobs coming to the triangle, Apex, Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina have seen tons of new homes, people, vehicles, traffic etc and it does take time to adjust to this. Please keep that in mind when you leave a bad review on one bad day.

If you are looking for a small town feel with people who feel more like family, you’ve found the right store.

I love this Walgreens they are so polite and helpful no matter what time of day or night I have to go there the pharmacy has always tried to do whatever possible to meet my needs I couldn't ask for anymore from a wonderful place. Thank you Walgreens!!! Especially being open 24 hours it's truly been a blessing for my me and my family!!

I've been a customer of Walgreens for years, but this branch has exceeded my expectations. They get super busy sometimes (which is understandable) and I have to in line, but other than that this place has got to have the BEST customer service I have ever seen! And I work in customer service. The pharmacy has never let me down, they always help me figure out my prescriptions and explain things to me and always have patience with me. If you are going to go to any Walgreens in the Triangle, go to this one!!!

I just want to say Taylor that works in the pharmacy was the absolute best in helping me with my insurance. She told me different ways to save money on prescriptions and was so kind and caring. Customer service is hard to find this day and time. But Taylor definitely displayed great customer service today. Thank you.

I went to the pharmacy last night looking for an oral syringe for our bearded dragon. Her vets are closed on the weekend and the pet store didn't have one. Our beardie won't take her medicine except fron one type of syringe and hers broke. When I came here 3 people in the back tried their best to find one. One of the ladies finally found the type our beardie would use. I am very pleased how I was treated and how they went out of their way to help me. Very friendly and eager to help.

Great store for prescription and first aid supplies. Plus they have a lot of other stuff.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Amanda. She figured out a way to get my daughters asthma meds otherwise we would have ended up in the ER

Walgreen's always has a friendly staff, and they are open 24 hours a day. Whenever I come to get my prescriptions, they never take a long time.

Store is clean and well stocked. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s open 24/7 which is awesome.

Walgreens has excellent sale prices and I can usually match or beat prices of Walmart

I order pictures and they were wrong, the were so nice to fix them. It was my fault they were wrong but they were so nice through the whole process in making them right!

Payton in the pharmacy was so helpful , proactive and so professional helping me this evening!!! What a pleasure dealing with someone who really cares!!
