I do not recommend buying from this store ever. November 28th I purchased a coat through them on Walmart as a Christmas present & it was opened on Christmas day… She decided it was too big so I contacted customer service asking if I could do an exchange and Sarah from customer service emailed back asking if I had a friend that would just like to take it over instead to make things quicker & easier…. What kind of customer service is that???? So I obviously tell her NO it was a present and I need a smaller size - she then provides me with the information to return it. So I paid the $14 to send it to Chesapeake, VA on January 6th & come to find out my package made it all the way to Norfolk, VA on January 12th and it was sent back to me with all the labels ripped off the box & a sticker saying the address provided was insufficient!!!!!! Now I have emailed 3 more times and still haven’t heard anything back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY FROM.
